I visited this bar with the expectations of having a good time since it is a big name bar in GR. I was having a generally good time dancing and sipping on my gin and tonic until I was confronted by three very large men. I was asked if I was selling the headphones I had on. I said no and was blatantly robbed by one of the men and punched several times by the others. When the bouncers broke up the scene I was kicked out and the three who assaulted and robbed me were allowed to stay. After contacting management the next morning to resolve the issue I was told that this happens on a nightly basis and they had more serious issues to handle. What a joke. I won't be returning.

Very BAD experience!!!

Hey everyone!!! I don't know if you like going to Mojo's downtown GR or not, but I have had the WORST experience ever!!! I met up with some friends and we ordered drinks and food and then more friends showed up and we got completely ignored by the waitress after that, asked for the check and payed with card along with asking the waitress to break my $20 so I could tip the piano person to play a song, then did not tip with my card because I knew we were gunna be there a little while longer and had every intention of tipping with cash when we left, and the waitress has the balls to come up and present our bill and ask "what is wrong?" I explained I was planning on tipping with cash and she stated "oh" and walked away. I complained to the manager and he stated the waitresses are trained to ask what they did wrong if no tip is given!!! He explained she should have approached it differently and that was it. No apology, no free drink or appetizer, no % off next time, NOTHING. I would not recommend going to Mojo's establishment!!! Thanks for listening to my rant!!!

Extremely rude staff

I have never been so disrepected at a place of business as I was here. I will never go back. We made reservations for dinner and stayed for the show. The food was horrible. I spent $133 on dinner and drinks. I tipped the waitress $10 for service that was mediocre, horrible food, weak drinks and i paid an additional 10 dollars for the pianist to say happy birthday (which never happened) she had the nerve to come to my table and complain that the tip wasn't enough and i owe her at least 30 dollars, then proceeded to tell me that she needs to pay her bills and feed her 4 yr old. She was extremely rude. 2 minutes after she left the bouncer came up to us and told us we we're being disruptive and we need to leave. He refused to let us talk to the manager about the situation and was saying very rude things. Never will I go back there and wouldn't suggest it to anyone. I would have been grateful for any tip I received and that's what is wrong with america today. Ungrateful, disrespectful lazy people that believe that they are entitled to whatever they want.
