G A Nail Spa

I've been coming here for ten years and spent thousands of dollars here. The owner has been getting increasingly rude with customers and today he told me to come back in a hour because they were busy and had a big group coming in. Then when I asked if I could get a pedicure while I waited they suddenly were not busy and no big group ever came in so it was a big lie. I will not be superbug another dollar in this terrible business.

Today I had the worst experience in this place and I promised I will never ever go back or recommend anyone , I had my nails done once a little bit rushed but it was Ok anyway but then I went back for a fill and they asked me to wait 30 minutes then when my turn come up the guy asked me to go pick a color and as I was picking the color he told me he will have to ask me to wait 45 more minutes because one of the guys could not finish doing his customers nails, well I asked but I waited 30 minutes before sorry we did not say 30 we said about 30 , but if you do not want to wait you can go to the other place , As i was standing there waiting the guy come and said I will not do your nails anyway because you are picky , you took time picking nail color and he does not want to do my nails , I could not believe what was happening the guy the front said yes he is right , we do not want picky customers feel free to go or you can wait we can do your nails , later , . he walked away and said Im busy i have to send an email . I asked him what do you mean you won't do my nails because last time I remember you did not my nails , a pedicure and eye brows , well he said they do not remember and either way they wont help me because I'm picky . It made absolutely no sense , then they all disappeared and left me standing at the counter , I asked for a manger number and they said they said he was not there . I was completely shocked by this inappropriate disrespectful behavior and pathetic customer service . I have never been treated anywhere else like this with such contempt .Unfortunately this left a very bad taste in my mouth and I was very disappointed that these people just get away with such rudeness, I hope they one day get what the deserve . I'm very sorry to say the behavior and character that these employees displayed did not respect the values of this country , I'm foreign too by the way but I live up to the values that respect God and this country , which are respecting and treat people as I would like want to be treated not like how these people treated me or other customers who may have experience this . If you are happy with the customer service at this place then you are lucky but the reality is they can be real rude jerks ( I'm never the one to complain and I'm the last person to even write comments or the one to think of such things as discrimination ever but yes these people pushed me to that point where I had to write this review )

I brought my mother and myself to get pedis. The owner that runs the door made us pay right then before we even received our service. Everybody else that walked in didn't have to pay first. I didn't realize this til we were under the dryer light. That's when two white chicks walked in and he didn't make them pay first and it clicked that no one else had to prepay like us! How rude!

Maybe the people who thought they were rude should look at themselves first. I've been going there for 6-7yrs since they've been by Walmart and the service and product has been stupendous!!!

I was waiting for my friend to get her eyebrows waxed so I was sitting in a chair by the doorway. I had my daughter in her stroller with me. A female employee came over and asked me in a very rude way to move the stroller because it was blocking the doorway. I moved the stroller and asked her not to be so rude to me. I didn't say this in a mean way at all. I was just trying to help her out with her customer service she proceeded to yell at me in front of everyone in the salon for about five minutes. Then she talked to the next customer about it while I was sitting right in earshot, not two feet away. I am actually very upset about this incident and I beg you not to go here. There are much better salons with much better and kinder employees.

Rude and argumentative people. would never go back to this place. People sitting around. Owner is as rude as his male employees. Steven was so rude today. He told me off the get go he wouldn't do my nails because he didn't know how. Really round square and it's only a fill so end product will look the same as on. Right... So I sit down I had to lose nails. I take them off. He says you should of waited tell tomorrow for her to come back. What? I'm here today. Then says that be $5 extra. Ok. So be it. After taking polish off I say can you please trim them down. He says that's $5 extra. WHAT? Then says I do what I want. Nope got up and walked out. When I went to owner whom I think is his father that I wanted some else he says oh no you wait 45 min ok.

Zero customer service. Good way to lose clientele. As you have
