I was very impressed with Paul. His communication was excellent, and he was very good at troubleshooting the loading and unloading of my low-sitting car. He was very personable and showed a passion for excellence in his field. I was very impressed with the care he took and the methods he used to protect my car during the whole process. This man has skill. He treated my car as if it was his own hot rod. He processed my credit card with no issues and clearly explained the bill.

These people were very nice and honest. I called and got a quote and they ended up charging me less then what they quoted. It was clear that they were not out to screw any one over. They were just genuine and honest people.

Breakdown

Phone contact was courteous about call for a Saturday morning breakdown. Repair arrangements made for a specific time prior to call, but EBT was able to meet this deadline of vehicle pick up and delivery to destination within required time. Driver involved was friendly and courteous as well.

Being billed to ride in the wrecker with my disabled vehicle came as a shock, as I didn't consider asking this upfront. How else would a single-car owner get to the repair destination? Service cost of wrecker for a tow + hefty mileage fee for travel distance is not enough? If nothing else, hide the charge within your fee structure so I don't feel like I was taken advantage of in this situation, another way to make a buck in this economy.

Great Job Guys!!!!

No one is happy that their car needs to be towed into service....But these guy's made me happy with the special care they took while hooking up my car. I was driving down the highway and hit a rock in the middle of the road. The rock tore a big chunk out of my wheel and damaged the suspension....oooh so not drivable!! They towed it back to their service garage and was even able to fix my car the next day! Drives better than before! Hands down best guys in town+++++
