I was sucked into a situation back in March of 2022 and John stepped in and helped me and my family get through the mess without seeing any jail time and he also got the charges dropped . John showed tremendous compassion and sympathy with the right mixture of professionalism and he took our case on like a bulldog.Thank you John again for everything you have done for us. My friend hired him as a lawyer. He took her money right away. Very unorganized. Never had the answers. Gave her vague information. Told her to plead guilty instead of standing up for herself. Told her she would not get jail time. She is now in jail!!!!!!

I was told by another lawyer, that I had to hire after he would not return calls texts or anything ( come payday though he sure made sure to collect his money from me ) to prepare for my case, that he did not do things the way they should have been done , and he shouldn't even be in the profession he messed up everything. Really he did absolutely nothing to help me and I'm being %100 honest. From what I have read he takes alot of cases does bare minimal if that , but sure collects his money. I really would say before you hire him look elsewhere because he does not know law or just does not care. Got a new lawyer got a chance to start over and got the case threw out!!!!! If your life is going to be ruined due to your case I would not rely on this lawyer to help you seriously!!!!!

Mr. Danian handled my recent divorce. He was very professional, attentive, and responsive to my concerns. He is a competent attorney and fought hard for me. very disappointed, he doesn't return calls, his voice mail is full most of the time, he did nothing for me, and I lost because of his incompetence, I would not recommend
him to anyone for any reason. Now that I have lost with him as my lawyer I will have
to put out another deposit for another lawyer. just look around more, and make a better choice than I did

John Danian is quick to take your retainer, but fails to do his part as an attorney! He is a crook, Do not trust him. He will not return your calls. Responds through text messaging, very unprofessional. I had to act as my own attorney, did most of the work myself. John Danian failed to send me any documents filed with my case & charged my credit card without providing an itemized bill. He always had an excuse for not meeting. Have not heard from him since he took the money. Save yourself time, money and stress. Find yourself a better attorney.
