They were true to their cost estimate;they beat the completion date by 1 and1/2 days!!!; and this was a transmission removal and install which is a major project;the staff was great to work with and the car runs great;feels like a new car again as the previous tranny was starting to slip;if I need any auto mechanical repairs this is the place to go;I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM

My died when I stopped in Coopersville for gas. Tried to Jump it and nothing. Called AAA and they sent out A two truck. Checked the battery and was good but the connection was bad. He got it started and said I should not drive to Bath, Mi. Said he would follow me to the Alpine Exit and replace the connections. Took about 15 minutes and only charged me for the parts and I was good to go. So grateful for what he did for me. Very nice. I like auto repair shops like this. Would go back if I needed anything if I didn't live so far. Might just go anyway. thank you Complete Automotive Repair.

Can someone tell me how can a place that doesn't do aligaments ,say that after they sent my vehicle to Goodyear for alignment after I had them replace upper control arms and ball joints ,let me remind u my tires were fairly new 6,000 miles tops on them no uneven wear got it done Feb 5 2015 I had inner and outter tire rods replaced they were shot and they took it to good year after their work was done and now 90 days later on a set of 20 inch rubbers they wore out horrible in the inner on both fronts and the passenger is worse about to explode cause the wear I took it to them cause they did the work and had the alignment done they say it's my tire rods they are towed really but u don't do alignments and then tell me u r to busy u got other jobs to do and hands me my keys really a true business is never to busy for a upset customer and help get to th bottom I'm done bringing my business there is all I can say they say it's my fault and I was the paying coustomer with cash

with my son in college and his car needing some repair i called around for new struts

front and rear and a set of tires after talking to a few auto shops and complete auto repair

belle tire and discount tire didn't come close to the price complete auto gave me on the

work i saved about 250.00 i dropped my car off in the am and was finished by lunch

they even put a sticker in my window when to come back for a tire rotation

in short great service great prices and money left over for college for my son

I will never take my car here they not only tried to rip me off but never did what they said they would do in the time they said it I took my car else where and will never do business with complete auto repair
