Its not about how much weight you can lift, or how fast you can run, its about coming together as a community and supporting one another and our accomplishments. Challenging yourself and stepping out of your element can be uncomfortable and intimidating at times, but we promise the rewards outweigh your uncertainty. Stop on in at any of our class times to get a glimpse of what we are all about. You can also experience it first hand on Saturdays and participate in our morning class for FREE. If you like what you see and want to join our Body By ARMR family, all you need to do is schedule 3 one on one evaluations with a trainer. These evaluations are mandatory for all members before taking class. During the evaluations, you will be introduced to the many functional movements that include body weighted exercises, use of medicine balls, kettlebells, box jumps, tire flips, battle ropes, Olympic Lifting, and much more. Technique and form is crucial in everything we do in class; therefore, we take the time to train you before hand so you have a solid base and understanding for these movements.
