Willing Cleaning Company

We've hired this company several times over many years. Things were never perfect but this time It was "absolutely awful" . Our recent "clean" Oct 2015 was anything but clean and caused damage to our property. Windows were left dirty, even when I asked to have them redone. We normally have them clean only the outside but took the day off to have them do inside as well. Due to other work on the house, only 1/3 of the originally scheduled interior windows could be cleaned...and they told me it would be DOUBLE the quoted price for ALL interior windows! Quite dishonest! Efforts to reach the office/owner were unsuccessful at that time so naturally I declined. One worker used a magic eraser sponge on the windows causing damage/scratching to the glass. When I finally reached the owner, Camille, she didn't seem concerned. I had to contact her. she didn't "feel it necessary" to contact me while the cleaners were still here - she was eating lunch. She never offered an apology nor offered to remedy the situation (so much for the guarantee). In fact she made many excuses for the cleaner - who come to find out is her young son! Instead of attempting to resolve an issue with a long time customer I received a bill stating she would send it to small claims court if not paid immediately. We found this unusual, and this immediate threat seems to indicate that they've had issues before (see other reviews). There were other inconveniences such lawn furniture moved and never placed back, one window missed entirely and damage to the siding from the ladder against the house, an hour off from stated arrival time without contact. Not to mention the cost of another day off,hiring another company to do it right....Absolutely never again!
