Ottens roofing replaced my roof last week. They did a great job! Scott even repaired an area I hadn't originally asked to be repaired. He took the extra time to do it. 7 years ago Diekevers Roofing replaced (not second layered) the entire roof on our house. We were pleased until finding out the following information and their response. This year (6/2016) we had an addition put on the home by a highly recognized builder and the builder shared that there was no ice/water shield, and clearly not over the last row of shingles located at the eves. It was evident as the builder replaced the rotten wood from water leaking back into area over the years. The damage was behind aluminum fascia, hence not visible. When brought to attention of Diekevers Roofing, I was promised it would be looked at and they would let me know what they found. 5 weeks passed; verbal, fax and email correspondence later in which they did not respond, they (President of Diekevers) stated they looked at it 3 weeks ago and everything was fine.BUT, then proceeded to tell me that "MY WARANTEE ON THEIR WORK HAD EXPIRED and they were too busy to do anything further. Yes, the warrantee had expired. Stupid me to think I would need to check up on work that was not as completed as agreed on the service order and despite the charge being on the invoice. How a company respond to an issue is a reflection of the organization, management and owner !!! I believe they have shown their true colors...This is 100% truth and I have the documentation and correspondence to prove it.
Came out, gave a reasonable quote, and then fell off the face of the earth for several weeks. Never returned calls, faxes, emails. Several weeks later they contacted us saying they'd be ready to do our roof... Only to fall off the face of the earth again. They'll come out, act professional and even give you a great quote but if you're looking for someone reliable, or who will even just give you the courtesy of communicating with you.... This is not the company. Seek out another roofing company. It's not hard to find a professional company who will give you the courtesy of calling you back... Especially when you're willing to throw money at them. If you're looking to get the run-around, this is the company for you!
I am so disappointed with the customer service at Snyder roofing aka All American remodeling. I have had to call them multiple times just to get people to give dates and times of my roof installation. I was told it was a one day job and it's been three and I have an unfinished roof and a huge dumpster in my driveway. There are boards and shingles left in my yard. When I called to ask if someone was coming out to finish the job the man on the phone was unhelpful and rude. He completely ignored my concerns for getting the job done. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience and just asked if I wanted to leave another message. I would not recommend this company to anyone it has been such a hassle
dont believe these fake reviews. this company sub contracts and will install you metal roof backorders like they did mine and you will just end up in court with a leaking roof.

All Good with Mr Roof - I would use them again
