Very rude inconsiderate clerk working the late aaftenoon shift more worried about the interruption i caused not allowing her to finish her cigarette because i went in there for coffee and they happened to be out therefore i interrupted her cigarette break for no reason she said why didn't you just tell me what you wanted i could have told you we didn't have any so i could have finished my smoke now i can't because of too many more customers. Now every time I shop there she's rude and very unhelpful/inconsiderate To me i can only assume its because of my interruption

Horrible 3rd shift experience. Have been going to this location for years but no more. The little girl named Audry is obviously on drugs and management must not care because other employees have said there have been multiple complaints and issues with her money being short but she's still there. Have watched her try and buy drugs, cuss people out, offer her body for money, slur her words, short customers their change and then loudly argue with them.. The store is always clean and the other employees are great. Unfortunately most of the time I go when she is working and I will be taking my business somewhere else.
Terrible service in third shift...Had to wait almost 10 minute's to be served while some little short girl named Audry tried to by drugs and then cussed out a guy because he told her he didn't sell drugs. She was obviously intoxicated, yelling and slurring her words, and tried to short me $10 and then wanted to argue with me when I pointed it out.. The store was clean but gas was expensive and the service horrible, I will be taking my business somewhere else.
As a paying customer i have used their restroom and also bought quality gas from them for years. It is that good.
I worked for this place for about a month and was treated worst than a pitbull in a fighting ring. I was told that corporate rules stated I was never allowed breaks including to use the restroom or eat. The inability to use the restroom caused several urinary tract infections. The constant pressing of 9 hour days without any breaks for food or water inn the heat working long lines by myself also caused many issues with my mental health resulting in thoughts of suicide while working alone. It's taken months to even be able to be fully comfortable leaving home alone again. I still have suicidal thoughts and now I can't afford a good doctor or therapist (not like I could WITH the job considering I only made $64 a week after my first week of $200)I was never able to press charges because technically they did nothing illegal and I never got any sort of compensation and I may need several months of therapy.Need gas and food? This shell station had their regular priced at market $1.63 but was gouging on the premium price at $2.31. I went across the road to Speedway, who had the same regular price, but paid only $2.03 for premium. The Speedway price gap was about normal for regular to premium price. This is the second instance I have had with this at local shell stations. I think they are operated independently but I suggest buyers beware if you drive a car that uses premium.
With gas prices low, I have noticed a minority of gas stations that are at the market price for regular unleaded but then charge an excessive increase for premium gas in hopes that people won't notice or won't bother to leave once they do. This is one of those gas station. I stopped there today and their premium was about 70 cents more per gallon (about 30 cents more is the norm). I put a couple gallons in as opposed to filling up completely. As I left I quick drove by the pumps at the Mariner station next door and their premium was 20 cents cheaper per gallon despite having the same advertised regular price. Buyer beware.
The Owner or main guy that is always working there is a very nice person and provides excellent customer service he will go out of his way to help you find what you are looking for. The store is very small inside but it is a gas station so.......
Matthew has to be the worst store manager I have ever met in my life. He is rude, arrogant, a thief and should not be working at any store. Avoid this Shell station if you can. I have to rate this store or it will not let me post this otherwise I would not even rate it.
