I had Ron from River city appliance out to my home today for a repair on my washer.Ron was on time .Ron was Polite .Ron fixed my washer right then wile he was here.I would 100% recommend River City Appliance .This is the third time we have used his service .and always 100% satisfied.

Well never use another company again. Fixed my dishwasher and dryer both same day and timely. Reasonably priced as well!

This is mark Jacobs.Because Elvis Floyd was a member of the better business beaur.I hired him.The minute We seen him come on stage I could no believe my eyes He looked like the real thing. The he started to sing cc rider we were standing an apulding He was so good and he even performed a request with no extra charge.Elvis made the night verry special.Yes he is that good.
DO NOT use this company. The tech was very respectful at the service call but he office is hard to reach and even harder to get a call back. When he came back to fix the oven door, he discovered the wrong part had been ordered so I needed to reschedule the repair appointment. No one answered or returned my calls, although they told the tech that they had been calling me. One morning, about a week later, the tech called me before 8:00AM to say he would be at my house in 25 minutes. Luckily I was able to rearrange my morning for him. It took the better part of two hours. Two weeks later the oven door fell off as I was using it. No one was hurt and it's actually kind of funny-- but just DON'T use these people. Oh, and I'm still waiting for a call back to come fix it (again)
I had to use BIS due to the brand of appliance I have - they were recommended by the manufacturer. The technician (Bob) fixed my appliance, however he referred to me as "honey" or "hon" throughout the entire time he was at my home. What's the year again, 1956? My name is on the paperwork and I introduced myself when he arrived. Completely disgusting. I won't be using BIS ever again.
Dave fixed our dryer the next day! Really good service and reasonably priced. He's a real gem. I would use their service again in the future.
Ron and I had a pretty rough start and I was very disappointed initially, but he took the time to call and explain his side of things and took responsibility for what happened.
