Kingsland Hardware has helped me get my Weber Grille replaced when the Weber company basically gave up on my problem.The grille was 450 degrees at it lowest temperature setting making grilling brats a flamming disaster and using the griddle an impossibility. this place is terrible! Bought a beer cooler with a missing part. They said to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said they did not have the part and to return it. They refused. My wife and I left it in front of the store and put it into dispute on the credit card.
Really poor customer service. Bought a new iPhone for $300 and it has all the same problems as the old. Waited 2 hours just to get the phone and then no one told me I had to sync it up differently so my issues wouldn't carry over. Went back and made an appointment. Got there at the scheduled time and had to wait 15 minutes with 3 kids before talking to a technician who then told me I shouldn't have bought a new phone. Now getting set up for a trouble shooting call. Apple is monopolizing the world and I'm done with their products.
The manager and staff were very helpful. I told them what I needed and they directed me and told me about the 3 ton floor jack that I wanted for my husbands birthday. I am very please with the help I got. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
First our problem wasn't covered then they accused us of using an after market charger! They had more excuses than a criminal going to jail why they didn't have to cover it! The Attorney General's office will be receiving a complaint about them this I promise! After I filed a complaint about my att service they fixed the problem and gave me a $365 credit on my bill. Can't wait to see what they do to Apple!!'
They are very helpful and you get more individual service than the big stores by far!
Larry, Tom, Liz and all of the Ace Team are very helpful! I have been a customer of theirs for many years, and usually no matter what I need or questions I have there is always someone that is available to help. It sure beats the big warehouse types of hardware stores hands down. Plus they do small engine repairs also.

bought a 50in Samsung TV from your store on Gratiot in rosevile over 4 years ago along with that I paid 200 bucks for a 4 year warranty and when I was chosen this TV the sales man said if I don't use the warranty I would get 40% back in store credit so here I am walking back in this very same store 2 times now both times I ask the guy at the front of the store if he would look in to this for he then tells me there's nothing he can do and they have never said anything like that so I am like we'll I won't be back thanks so few months go by I head back up there my be he was wrong ask another guy and this time the sales man was rude and said no one can help and there's nothing anyone can do and some other things all I know is that I work for a living I own a house car and many other things for being lied to then not even a single person would go on a computer and look in to it or call some one higher up is unbelievable I am not wrong I don't forget deals I bought in to so for your staff talking to me as I am a or someone who can't afford what you sell blows my mind I paid about 13 hundred with warranty for that TV now and days you can grab one for 500
