The best food in town... Hands down
Staff was very attentive and food was good. They answered all of my questions about what sushi was what.
Ordered take out in person and asked for a lo mein, Kung Pao chicken and orange chicken with crab rangoons and egg rolls. Spent over $50 and threw all but the lo mein in the trash after tasting it when we got home. The orange chicken had no orange sauce... it was basically soggy breaded chicken with onions. The Kung pao chicken barely had any chicken and didn't even have nuts or the traditional sauce. The egg rolls were soggy and gross... tasted like they were reheated in a microwave after a couple days in the fridge. The crab rangoons were hard as a rock and barely had anything inside. They also tasted reheated. Very dissapointed. Ended up with a very crabby and hungry husband and kid. The only positive was the hostess was very friendly.
The food was good, the waiter was just a tad hard to understand, but everything worked out alright so it was no big deal
They monitor how much food you eat. The lady actually told me to shut my box which I did without having to force it. When I told her I would not be back she said "good, because every time you take too much food." They have a small selection of food and they don't appreciate their customers. Save your hard earned money.
I ordered the Kung Fu chicken, and it was fantastic. The chicken was lightly breaded and fried CRISPY. The texture was out of this world. It is served in a brown, spicy sauce with green pepper, onion, and some Chinese vegetables. Absolutely delicious. I gave the place a shot because of the 5-star reviews, and am now compelled to share this place with others. The lunch special is $5.50 (as of Dec 2015) and comes with a good sized portion of the meal and fried rice, with a crab cheese wonton and a can of pop. Great value.
The rice was fantastic unlike the rice had flavor and tasted very fresh and the best is that it was a large and it only cost me 4.99 Chinatown is the only restaurant that has that special so I strongly recommend that you come and try it for yourselves
Came in right at noon for the lunch bar. The service is excellent, the food is limited in variety and some looked a little old, there must be only one cook. At least the prices were alright
I went with my mom a few months ago and the food runner brought us our food and set our plates. It was only after my mom took a bite did she realize he brought us the wrong food. Before he could walk away she mentioned that it wasn't our food. He apologized and picked up the plates and we watched as he took the food to the correct table. Eww! My mom had taken a bite amd rather than going to get this couple new meals he fed them food that someone had already eaten part of. We didn't know if we should tell them or not but we did mention it to the manager who didn't really seem to care.
