A month ago my drive thru order wasn't right. When I got home, and saw it wasn't right I brought this to the manager that was on duty and she said she would take my name and address and make it right. I never heard from her again and I stopped going there.Once again I went back there and the manager (Lou) who knows me, ask if anything was done about my wrong order a month ago and I said no. Right then he told me to order anything I wanted because he was paying for it. This kind of service will keep me and everyone I know make this our McDonald's.Thanks Lou and you deserve a BIG RAISE. I placed a large order to feed my staff working on New Years Eve. Unfortunately I realized I had lost the receipt to support my corp credit card statement which can be a big pain. Thought it would be a long shot but but I contacted them via the corporate web page and between them and the folks at the location, they had a receipt copy to me via email by the end of day. Everyone involved handled it like a boss!
Best subway ever! I love the workers they are so nice and friendly. Always makes the subs good and tasty.
