Terrible experience from the start. Our server, Spencer spilled about a quarter of my water when he sat it down in front of me. I understand that accidents happen, but neither did he acknowledge it nor did he apologize and bring napkins to wipe up the mess he made. The quality of food was terrible and over priced. My wife's chicken in her stir fry was like eating rubber and non editable. I have had better burritos from Qdoba for half the price. We waited at least 10 minutes before Spencer came back to check on the food. My wife explained the poor quality and they did nothing about it. I normally do not complain about food so I didn't say anything about my burrito. However, an attentive server should wonder why only one bite was eaten from it and when asked if a to-go box was needed the customer said no. I would never recommend that anyone go to Sundance for a meal.

Great baked goods, awesome lemon cherry cookie and molasses cookie. Hands down the best scones I have ever tried.
Don't order the buy one take one deal for 12.99 for sure don't pay 3$ more for chicken and broccoli they don't give you any sauce it will be bone dry!!!
Very classy place, met one of the owners, a really nice guy. Food here is excellent, its real Italian.
This restaurant was horrible. My wife and I were so disappointed. She had a steak that tasted like it was microwaved and my rubber chicken parmesan kept me chewing all night. I've had better Italian food at Fazolis. We went for Salsa night and decided to eat there also. Big mistake! ! Don't bother with Salsa night either. That was also a waste of time. Overall if you like over priced bland food then this is the place for you.
What a wonderful company and great food! I highly recommend this company for the food, the service and just overall greatness. Working with Mrs. Shepard has be wonderful!
We love the delicious food! For out-of-town guests & clients, this is the place we frequent. A must try: House Salad, Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos & Macadamia Nut Brownie
I ordered a cake from Grand Cakes for an event at my office. The cake was to be delivered, however the day of the event no cake was delivered and no one would answer the phone at Grand Cakes. I left numerous messages and they were never returned. If you should decide to use this business, beware. You have been warned.
POOR quality, BAD service, OVER priced, RUN down atmosphere. Not what she used to be:( I would pick this place over fast food, but that's about it. Arnie's and Brann's actually blow Charlies Crab away ,sad to say. This place is a bad value and a true disappointment. All the fish on the Sunday brunch is farm raised, nothing fresh caught. Desserts were beyond bland and didn't even look appealing. Service was what I would expect at Bob Evans or something of that caliber. Please don't embarrass yourself by taking friends or family there. Save your money and take them to Tommy Brann's on Division. You'll be glad you did!
I love this place. The personal customer service is fabulous. I go in and ask them to 1/4 the yummy items that are squared or soft cookies and the triangles into three little triangles so I can have a mixed box of more good bite-sized so everyone can try different things. They even separate the items into one box with nut items and another without nuts items. ( Of course someone with severe but allergy couldn't have either as prepared in same place but...) if just a matter of mild reaction... someone can feel good about the no nut box. No extra charges for all that either. I always tip accordingly for their extra time and thoughtfulness though. The splits make it much more value than buying small bites elsewhere and the quality is always good.
