DO NOT use this company. The tech was very respectful at the service call but he office is hard to reach and even harder to get a call back. When he came back to fix the oven door, he discovered the wrong part had been ordered so I needed to reschedule the repair appointment. No one answered or returned my calls, although they told the tech that they had been calling me. One morning, about a week later, the tech called me before 8:00AM to say he would be at my house in 25 minutes. Luckily I was able to rearrange my morning for him. It took the better part of two hours. Two weeks later the oven door fell off as I was using it. No one was hurt and it's actually kind of funny-- but just DON'T use these people. Oh, and I'm still waiting for a call back to come fix it (again)
I had to use BIS due to the brand of appliance I have - they were recommended by the manufacturer. The technician (Bob) fixed my appliance, however he referred to me as "honey" or "hon" throughout the entire time he was at my home. What's the year again, 1956? My name is on the paperwork and I introduced myself when he arrived. Completely disgusting. I won't be using BIS ever again.
Dave fixed our dryer the next day! Really good service and reasonably priced. He's a real gem. I would use their service again in the future.
spoke to person on phone for scheduling,quoted me one rate,tech arrives and charge me a second much higher rate than first quote,15 minutes of work on my wash machine he hands me a bill for a even higher rate and a list of things for me to do to fix my own machine,called apex back and spoke to very rude person on the phone (Cathy) and she says this was the procedure they follow and was no help at all and yelled at me the whole time when I was asking questions,not a good way to treat customers and will never use again,I hope (Cathy) learns to talk and not yell anymore,this is very wrong way to do buisness and there rates are the worst ever once you see your bill and see a final cost that differs from there quote they give you for a service call on the phone.GL and never again.

Receptionist left me a message that the service technician would be at my home between 3-5. I scheduled my day around that and took time off work. I got home exactly at 3:00 and there was a card on my door.. I called and they said that the technician was early and waited at my house for 26 minutes. I asked why he would leave before my scheduled 3:00 appointment and their excuse was that they called and left me a message that he was on his way. .?? WHAT?! I recommend to everybody not to use this company.
The technician (John) came in to look at my Samsung Refrigerator that was not cooling on the fridge side. He stood looking in the fridge (not touching anything mind you) for five minutes. Then he went out to his van for another 10 minutes. After that he came back in and told me the repair was going to cost $515 to fix. Of course, I wasn't going to pay that much for a repair when that's half the cost of a new fridge. So, just as Almin below did, I got charged $89 for nothing, no work AT ALL—he didn't even take the darn access panel off to see if all of the parts he claimed needed to be repaired actually were bad! This business seems like a total scam to me especially since they are the only ones in town who can work on most of these brands of appliances. The business should be called "Mr. I Collect $89 at Every House I Go to for Doing No Work at All, Because I Intentionally Quote an Exorbitant Rate to Fix the Appliance so that No One Wants to Pay to Have Them Fixed." Also, at 8:00 in the morning, your work shirt should not already be stained. Take some pride in your work, Sir.
