Proactive manager on duty, maybe the owner. Not crowded, but my visit was at 4:30pm on a Monday afternoon. Equipment worked well and the place seemed clean. Not spectacular, but a really decent place to do laundry. I recommend it.
My washing machine broke about a week ago and my husband hasn't had time to fix it yet. Having three kids we go through clothes like crazy. I finally broke down and had to go to the Landry mat. Bubble magic was the one I found to be open the latest which was best for schedule for the day. Pam was working and was super sweet helped me step by step to get me going. The place was clean and Pam was unbelievable sweet!!! If my husband doesn't fix my washer soon I will be going back again!
The laundromat doors are very hard to open and with a arm full of clothes it is very difficult for the elderly or less physical persons. It is next to a liquor store that takes up most of the front parking spaces so you have to walk a ways or use the side parking that has many steep steps to climb.. getting in and out of this place is a nightmare.. The cost of the dryers are nicely priced if you only have one load but the timer versus the amount of quarters you have to use to get clothes dry is highly over priced, some dryers are not putting out hot heat when there are many customers at the same time... also since the owner is not always there children run wild, no control over food eating in the place and kids with sticky hands, spilled soda and shoes on the folding table is not what my clean clothes need to be on. The good things is that they have great oversized washers for blankets, sheets, comforter. they also have a extra larger dryer but again takes many quarters
My favorite place to wash. Everything is neat, clean, & the owner is very customer oriented & people friendly.
Love this place!! This is the cleanest Laundromat I have ever used. They are constantly mopping floors and cleaning out machines. They never have any machines that are out of order. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Owners are lovely people.
MY FIRST EXPERIENCE DOING MY OWN LAUNDRY. RECENTLY DIVORCED. THE ATTENDANT PAM ON SATURDAY WAS THE ABSOLUTELY BEST PERSON I COULD HAVE MET. I WAS'NT SURE ABOUT USING A CARD AND NOT A POCKET FULL OF QUARTERS, BUT THEN I THOUGHT OF A "POCKET FULL OF QUARTERS" IT'S SO EASY AND THE PLACE WAS EMMACULENTLY CLEAN. PAM WAS SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME. SHE KEPT THE PLACE CLEAN INSIDE AND EVEN OUTSIDE CLEANING UP CIGARETTE BUTTS OUTSIDE. I'D DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE BUBBLE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GOOD CLEAN FRIENDLY PLACE TO WASH CLOTHES AT.
We were there when a storm hit. All power was lost and we had to wait to get out laundry out of the washer. Fire department came because a washer had a electrical fire. We had to put wet soaking clothes in our vehicle which ruined our trunk and back seat. And they will not pay to replace it. Worst experience ever. We had to wait 1 hour + for the owner. He never showed up and the fire department fortunately got our clothes out and brought them to our car. Very dissatisfied because this was not our fault!
I showed up at the last minute on a Sunday night, the owner said he was closing but was kind enough to let me do my wash. Great person to talk to very personable, next time in town and need to wash, I will be coming here again. Great Place!!!!!
