Horrible service. We have ordered with them twice. The first order went fine, luckily enough. The second order had some missing items and a misspelled item. It has now been 7 weeks and we still have not received the items. As the coach the last thing I want to do is look bad to my players, parents and school. They had the nerve to tell me that if I placed a new order I could get that in 10 days to 2 weeks but fixing their mistakes was going to take 4 weeks and they are even 3 weeks late on that.

This place was recently opened a few months ago and is a nice place to shop at. Some nice things to get there would be the USB cables, printer cables, cat5e ones.The parking lot in front of the store is huge! The location is great and the cashiers are friendly.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service, I have give a star I wish I could not select one because that is how terrible it is. Customer service can not assist you with anything once order is placed. They messed up 4 orders and took over 30 days to get the items. Our season is over and we still have not received anything. This is a fundraiser so this was other peoples money and items they did not get in time. The excuse I get is there is a lot in production due to all the orders and I will get the items soon. Yet 45 days later still no items. I will never use them again!
Submitted my order 2months ago and received it within 2weeks plus shipping like promised. I have worked with Fan Cloth for the past 5years. I have not been disappointed. They have made my coaching experience easier. Adding the presort option and submitting online has saved me a bunch of time. I highly recommend this fundraiser. Follow the steps and it will turn out correctly. The Hawks love Fan Cloth.

We received the catalogs with tons of variety! My kids and parents ate this stuff up! We received our orders quickly, AND they were even bagged up and ready to pass out! Last year we raised over $1000 in profit from our sale. Parents were begging to do it again this year. All said and done our team raised over $3000 this season. Fan cloth has found the best way to handle apparel and fundraising. As long as I'm coaching, I'll always use them. They are fast, service is turn key, and the process is easy. It just flat out works.
I have completed my first campaign with this company! I loved the concept of getting name brand items for my people without any upfront costs or risk... We just got all of the items back and my parents and kids are begging me to do another order. Our team is now uplifted in the community because we look professional and the kids are confident on the field because of all the unified support we have. Thank you Fan Cloth for servicing my community and kids while making merchandise and fundraising easy!!!
The quality of the merchandise is extremely poor regardless of brand or material. Out of ten items we purchased, nine have screen printing issues. The quality of the screen printing is the worst I have ever seen; however, my daughter's volleyball team had to sell this as a fundraiser. I will not sell or purchase from this company again.
Our team used them for a fundraiser last year. There were some minor problems & mistakes but it was a fairly easy way to raise money & the results were more people wearing our team gear = more school spirit. It's a great concept. We tried it again this year. The order was FULL of mistakes. We had to refund tons of people their money & were stuck with tons of items people didn't order. So overall the profit wasn't nearly as great. Some people made their checks out to Fancloth directly so our coach mailed them all to Fancloth. Then the remaining cash was held by us (booster club). We waited for weeks for a final total to send them. Mailed them a check right away and it cleared the bank after a few weeks. They then began calling our school district and coach about the payment. It was already paid, already cleared. They then called a collections agency. Claimed they never received the amount of the check we sent that had cleared the bank with their stamp on the back! Go elsewhere.
Our school had a signed contract with this company and they refused to live up to the terms of the contract or deliver our product after the sale. Customer service is horrendous and they do not deliver what they promise. Too many other companies out there that offer the same services that are so very much better and actually care about their customers and do business in a professional and ethical manner (much unlike Fan Cloth.) Stay away, run the other direction.
