I took curtains in to be hemmed that were 120 inches long. I asked her to hem them at 84 inches when I got them home I discovered she hemmed them at 82 inches.I called her and asked her to double check the ticket and make sure I told her 84 inches. The ticket did say 84.But when I took them back to her she would not admit she made a mistake and wanted to charge me $20 more dollars to make the correction! You have to pay before service is done so if a mistake is made you will take the hit. Go to a place where they will take a credit card.
Placed a order and it was not done correctly.when I called to inform her she wanted to recharge me full price and blame my mom for not explaining correctly,even though I spoke with her and specifically stated what I wanted. She was rude and completely un apologetic.I Def will not be going back after my pieces are fixed.
