Completely Terrible!! I purchased two Eastpoint Table Tennis/Ping Pong Tables from this place and when I opened the sealed boxes, they were broken beyond repair. When I called back they informed me that all items are as is even though they stated that the items were NEW while I was bidding on them. Do not buy from this place unless you like throwing away your hard earned money!!
Buyer BEWARE!!! Deceptive practices in advertising the product. thought I was buying a rug that was cream and brown as the main picture showed and that was much larger considering the furniture arrangement in the main picture and it turned out it was a very small rug 2X4that was brown based and looked nothing like the one in the picture. The other pictures where it was rolled up in plastic and were taken on a blank red background giving no clue of size or color.The rug was rolled up in the other pics and you could not estimate dimensions or color since it was on a canvas of red material giving no dimensional aspect let alone color aspect which is important when purchasing things for your home. Obviously I was upset and I first told the guy who loaded it up on the dolley and he agreed by saying oh yes! it is not anything like the picture after pulling up the ad on his phone. He brought me to the front desk and I told the girl at the desk that I wanted my money back as any rational person could see that it was nothing like the rug I thought I was purchasing and would not match the décor in my home. I was stonewalled as she kept repeating that it says in the verbiage on their website that the actual item may defer from the product you are paying for. Well I would have even been ok if it was a 2X3 rug instead of an 8X10 rug as the main picture and other pictures imply if it had even fit my décor. The rug was cheap and ugly. Different color and size from the one in the pictures. They will post pictures of something very different than what you think you are bidding on and tell you that even for something that is worth $10 you should have come in an viewed it. Who has time to do this when you live many miles away? yet won't refund your money when it is just $12. The woman working the desk said she would get her manager and a very rude woman came up and said that she would not refund my money because I did not come and see the product and that is that. I said that I would no longer buy things from them and before I finished my sentence said she would delete my account.... I continued to tell her that I would not buy for my home as the product may look noting like what I thought I was purchasing but wanted to buy restaurant stuff as these are large purchases and would preview the item but she deleted me anyways...You think you are getting something similar in color, quality and style but they won't give you your hard earned money back and if you complain that the item is nothing like the item you purchased.... cut and dry, rude and short and YOU get deleted... Is this someone you want to do business with??? not even close... and she was rude telling me that I am the one who has the problem because I paid good money for something that doesn't even look like what I thought I was buying.. UNROLL THE DAMN THING NEXT TIME AND LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE... we are in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA yet you act like we are in some 3rd world country doing business!! I told them that I would no longer bid on items for my home décor and they deleted my account even though I told them that I wanted to continue to bid on restaurant equipment. and they won't even take ownership for misleading the public.. Horrible company to deal with!!!!!!
I won an item in an auction and just like the last several transactions I called and asked the staff to take it off of the card on file and to please get me a shipping quote. After never receiving a paid invoice I called another time and the lady told me she would take care of it. A week later.... I call again and left a message. Today I call yet again and I they admit it was the staffs fault and it was never completed but since the item was consignment and not paid for, my act has been locked and I can no longer do business with them. WHAT??? The staff fails at their job and I get punished? This is absolutely absurd! I should've listened to the reviews....
