I just finished getting my nails done at Oasis and I could not be happier! Justin does an amazing job! The atmosphere is nice and calming which I needed after a long day at work. Right now the offer 20% discount for the grand opening but not sure how long it will last. I am a customer for life!

I showed up at the nail salon around 6:10 expecting to get a French tip mani and pedi. I waited for about 15mins for them to start on pedi. Normally when you request both of the services they try and do them at the same time to get you out quicker. As the lady was FINISHING up with my pedicure (7:36) the lady at the front started asking other nail technicians (5 different people) if they could work on my full set. All 5 employees said no because it was going to “take too long”. She apologized that because they were short staffed and some employees couldn’t stay late they couldn’t get to my nails. As this was happening another lady had just sat in the chair to get her pedicures done and a few minutes later someone starts working on both her hands and feet. Yet they weren’t able to get to me and had the audacity to ask if I could go out of my way again to come back another day. Why should I waste more of my time to accommodate you because you didn’t manage your team properly? As I was checking out she was giving me all kinds of excuses as to why they couldn’t get to me but yet they were able to attend someone else that walked in through the door 30 minutes after me? I will never come back to this nail salon and advise everyone else to save themselves the trip and go somewhere else!
Well my review is somewhat confusing. I actually loved the shop and bad been a loyal customer for the past 10 months coming basically every two weeks. However, I will never return based on my treatment about 2 weeks ago. I came in as usual to get a pedicure and fill-in and once I was finished, I made the realization that I did not have my wallet. I then spoke to the salon manager and told him I needed to go and check my car..i did and no wallet. I then assumed that i must have left my wallet in my work bag which was at home. I spoke to the salon manager again and told him I needed to go home and get my wallet. He explained that he had bad experiences in the past when people did not return to at him. I understood that so I offered to leave my purse and $500+ cellphone with him until I returned. (Keep in mind that I have been there several times never had any problems paying and was a liberal tipper. Also, keep in mind that if I wanted to leave I could have left when I went to my car to check for my wallet). He refused the offer to keep my purse and told me he had no choice but to call the police because if I don't come back the money will come out of his pay check (never heard anything like that before but okay). I told him to make a wise choice because I have been a loyal customer and have spent quite a bit of money there but you will never make another dime from me if you call the police. He said "that's your choice" and called the police. The police officer came, the manager went outside to talk to him, however they came inside and walked me to the back of the salon (like a criminal) in front of all the customers to question me. In the end the police officer (who was actually a very nice man) took my name, address and phone number, told me to go get my wallet and come back to pay him. Which I did and could have done an hour prior. I understand that he didn't want to lose money but he lost a loyal customer. (Bad business decision).
Warm and friendly! I always come out feeling pleased with my mani/pedi. Got nail extensions for the first time last visit, and I think I'm hooked.
Sydney did a wonderful job on my nails! Very professional and knowledgeable... highly recommend her...
I have only done my eyebrows a few times here so far and i have had a pleasant time each time. The lady, i think she is also the owner, is very nice. $7 eyebrows is so cheap!
I went in yesterday to get my nails done ome broke less than 5 hours so i call and go back today she messed up i asked her to redo so she does ... Amd still not righr i leave and call and got bung up om 8 times with very rude person womt let me talk to anyome in charge i will have this talem care of
The owner was rude and did not follow health code rules, by not sending me to wash my hands. When I went to wash them on my own, there were no fingernail scrub brushes. Entire staff was rude.
Great service! They are really good with getting you in and out in a timely fashion. A little pricey however the quality is two thumbs up.
I am sitting in a chair waiting for a pedicure.I was here before the two ladies that are being worked on came in. There are only two techs available. I'm debating on leaving and not coming back.
