Rent is not a flat rate. If you are well-liked by property management or are family/friend, you will receive a “discount”. The rate of rent on the apartment complex’s website is not accurate, it may be that of Wells Asset Management, but not that of property management. The apartment complex can be seen from the President George Bush Turnpike/161 and the Texas 161 Service Road. Residents have left garbage & unwanted property on their patios, broken windows & damaged blinds for tourists visiting Grand Prairie’s booming business & the new Epic Waters to see. Residents & visitor’s thereof leave discarded food, beer bottles, vomit, & clothing on the apartment complex grounds. The dumpsters are full for days & therefore garbage is left by residents on the outside of the dumpsters. The garbage is sometimes not contained in garbage bags. The apartment complex is riddled with rodents & pests. Rats & mice are migrating into the apartments. The apartments are infested with cockroaches. Residents are required to pay monthly for pest control services, however, the company hired by property management does not have a set schedule. Children under the age of 13 of residents are left outside unsupervised, so numerous windows have been broken, including other residents’ vehicle windows. On a more serious note, unsupervised children have been struck by vehicles entering the complex. There are residents who are selling narcotics from their apartments. Their customers are breaking into other residents’ apartments & damaging their vehicles. If you attempt to call 9-1-1, the dispatcher seems hesitant to respond the second in which you provide your address. Once dispatched, the arriving officers will ride-through, but not stop to investigate. Regarding the rat/mice & cockroach infestations, you will be lied to by property management. You will be made to feel as if you are the only resident experiencing this issue, I assure you, you are not.
