Wish I had the option of giving them a ZERO!
Very disappointed, We went to TX to remodel a home we have. We gave them EXACT measurement of the counters and backslash, they quoted us $2600. They required a deposit of $100. They sent someone to the house to measure and told us to call on Monday. We thought the quote was going to be very close or less than being that we scratched off the back slash from the order. When we call to get the final amount they wanted to charge us $3,800 and told us the $100 was NON Refundable. $1,200 is not a small difference between the estimate and the actual quote!
Looks like this is a common practice for this business to takes people down payment with a false initial estimate and then give you a outrages final quote to keep your down payment. I wonder how many people they have scam with this practice.
I stopped in on Sunday October 16th. Riley was the sales person that helped me. I handed him my notebook with a bunch of chicken scratch measurements and designs on there. Riley showed me around the showroom and told me to pick out some colors and some cabinets that I liked. He said give him a few minutes and he came back and he had my whole kitchen laid out and gave me some recommendations. Only $2,100 later I had brand new cabinets and countertops. Riley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely ask for Riley next time I come in there.

Spent over 1100.00 faucets are overprice. Cheap quality in cabinet and crappy customer service. I had three different issues with my cabinets and they only wanted to credit back only 48.00. Not worth my time or gas. Also that didn't even include the expense of the supplies to fix my own repairs if their crappy merchandise. Buyers beware!!!!!!!!!!
If only I could give them a zero. Order cabinets. Told it takes 6 weeks for special orders. Understandable. Cabinets have to be made. Second Surplus called to come get them. Was told they couldn't make my corner cabinet. That's the main one. My question is why didn't Second Surplus tell me week one. Weren't even sorry. Didn't return calls. Just like oh well. When you mess up that Bad. You have to step up your customer service.They ended up giving us 10% off granite countertops. Not what we wanted. Just wanted what we paid for. So, bought granite countertops. We where told that they would send our paperwork the next. This was Thursday. Next Wednesday comes around no call/emails. Finally, call corporate office in Dallas.talked with very nice lady there. told paperwork just showed up. Crazy.. It's like I'm holdind a kids hand. Had to wait another two weeks. Because of the paperwork being held. Finally, the day comes for install. They missed a big scratch on my Island. Needs buffing. Waiting for that. Wow. Please, please. please don't. I spent around 5k there. Not a way to treat a customer.
