Hoffman Flowers

My husband, deployed to Afghanistan, contacted our local florist in AR to have flowers delivered to me & our 3 daughters on Valentines Day. (The order was placed 2 weeks early). Hoffman Florist was the wired to florist for one of the deliveries. My daughter did not receive her flowers on Valentines Day- we tried to contact Hoffmans on Friday with no answer. Saturday they attempted the 2 day LATE delivery to her office which was closed. They told her they would redeliver on Monday which they did NOT. STILL no deliver on Tuesday. My daughter had called & let 2 unreturned messages with them. I called today. After 45 mins, on hold multiple times AND disconnected 3 times, I FINALLY got a manager on the phone who said "what do you want me to do?" OMG- Are you kidding me??? I have never dealt with such poor customer service EVER. She did offer to deliver tomorrow- I said No Thanks.....7 days LATE with NO apology is unacceptable to me.

Just know that I waited almost a week before posting this negative review to give them the benefit of doubt that they could rectify the poor service & explain what happened. In the end, the manager was rude & unapologetic. My florist will NEVER wire to them again.
