Europasian Auto Pro's

This shop is like finding a Diamond in the rough! My wife actually had been going to this shop for years. I have always taken my trucks to the Ford Dealership for repairs. This time after they told me it would cost a small fortune to fix my truck - my wife insisted I take it to Claudia at EuropAsian Auto Pro's for a second opinion. The repair and diagnosis was just under $200.00 and it came with a 2 year warranty! I am extremely happy with this shops repair approach and their professionalism.

I recently wrecked my 2005 Toyota Corolla and we were within a hair of having to total the vehicle. That would have been a disaster for me! Nathan Hackett was absolutely fantastic in talking to the insurance adjuster and convincing her that he could save the car and to my amazement, he did. Not only did he save the car, it came back to me in better condition than it was in before the accident. The accident totally destroyed the suspension system on the front and it had to be replaced. I was really concerned about having "play" in the steering after it was repaired and I was concerned about how "tight" the car would ride given the extensive damage to the front end. I was totally shocked when I drove the car after the repairs were finished. There isn't ONE OUNCE of play in the steering and the car rides and handles tighter than it ever has! I really didn't know there were still people in this world who really cared about the quality of their work but this shop has proven me wrong. The quality of paint job is just like factory quality - the car is beautiful! Every part fits together perfectly - I could not be more pleased. Don't think that I offer these words of praise easily. I am one picky guy for those who know me - almost overly picky and I have been discribed as obsessive compulsive about things.....especially my car. But, I could not find one thing wrong with the workmanship on that vehicle.



If you ever need paint, body work or mechanical work on your car, I highly, highly recommend the people at Europasian Imports. The staff is down home friendly and you will be more than pleased with the finished product. I will definitely use them again (although I hope I never have to). Thank you Nathan and Claudia and your entire staff for taking such good care of my car.

I called this shop after a friend recommended it. In the past, I have called shops and tried to describe problems I was having with my car and the answers were often vague and misleading often just to get me to bring it to their shop.

In speaking with the owner of the shop, Claudia, I was pleasantly suprised at her knowledge of automobiles and how she handled my call. She listened to me and had a pretty good idea as to what may be wrong with my car. She also listed a number of other possibilities along with potential costs and time frames of how long the car would be in the shop. She also did NOT press me to bring the car to her shop, addressing the issue as "How can we earn your business and should you select another shop, please fell free to call us for an opinion should you question what you have been told by the shop you brought it to. I decided to bring it to her shop based on her attitude and on my friend's recommendation. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and a repair order was written up. One thing I was impressed with were some of the questions that were asked about the problems I was having with my car. When did the problem show up, was it immediate or did it slowly appear? Is it someting we can reproduce in the shop or do we have to let it run or drive it to experience the problem? More questions were asked and Claudia explained to me that the more input she can give the technician, the quicker the problem can be diagnosed. She explained that they sell time when it comes to unknown diagnostics but they pride them selves on quick accurate diagnostics which not only saves the customer money, but builds confidence in the custome as to the integrity of the shop. Another suprise was when she called the technician up to the counter to take the job assignment. The technician was a woman! Claudia explained that Leann is a tech she would stack up against nearly any tech in the trade. Althought no raveing beauty, she is extreemly impressive in demonstrating her knowledge of her job. When she was given the assignment, after looking at the symptoms, she had an answer to the problem without even looking at my car! Looking at the credentials on the wall of the office, I noticed their were nothing but ASE Certified Master Technicians plackards on the wall. There was a Nissan Master Technician and a Mazda Master Technician holding Ase Master Technician plackards as well. Claudia mentioned she has no technicians in the shop under 40 years old, so no kids are working on her customer cars using "Shotgun Diagnostics"(replace parts at the customer's expense until they find the solution) to solve problems on customer cars.

To sum it up, the diagnosis was correct. Leann even took the time to bring me back in the shop to show me where the faulty part was and why it affected the car's operation. The repair was reasonable in price and took a few hours to perform. They are not the cheapest shop in town, but the way I look at it, I know I am paying for repairs my car needs and not for unnecessary repairs and ficticious parts! How would I rate them on a scale of 1-10? a 20 would accurate!
