Nothing I brought my F350 in for was actually fixed. Grand Prairie Location.
1. Was brought in for repair because wheel would shake violently when bumps were hit going over 60 MPH. Problem Remains after "repair". Brough it in twice, they told me to go see a ford dealer.
2. AC blower was erratic, usually only worked on level 4. Problem remains after "repair".
3. Fuel gauge does not read correctly. Problem remains after "diagnostic"
Third Visit New Store (Cooper): After filing a BBB complaint Leonard from Duncanville (corporate) requested that i bring the truck to their Cooper location for Israel to examine.
I explained the issues to Israel and left the vehicle 9/21/2018. I received a call today 9/22/2018 with an explanation of everything the found wrong. Which apparently is substantial. Bear in mind the first city garage told me everything is fine it's just a noise. Which evolved into it "all looks good to us, take it to a for dealership".
I was told I can pay another $2000+ dollars to have them fix it (which i already payed $1600+ to have them "fix" it the first time) or I can come pick it up. Basically, Eff you pay me.
They are not trying to meet in the middle. I told Israel if they would apply the previous paid amount to fixing these actual problems I would be good with that. Nope, they won't.
Again, all I want is what I paid for or my money back. Leonard and Israel will not do that for me.
So, bottom line, these guys are incompetent and won't stand behind their work. I was reasonable and calm and tried to work with them. They chose not to be professionals and handle a legitimate customer issue. Hence the poor review. I have also file a complaint with the Attorney General for the state of Texas consumer affairs division, Disputed their response on the BBB and will continue to post about my experience as often as I can.
First off, I work for yellow pages and all of these 5 star, fake reviews by employees is ridiculous!! THEY ARE ALL FAKE.. I took my car there after being inspected by a meineke mechanic of 16 years after being told all i needed was a new radiator hose.. Well because I'm a woman they charged me 508.11 FOR A HOSE that I later found out is 13.00 and about 40 to install.. That was the only problem with my car. I went to pick it up and it was so much smoke I couldnt see behind me and the car was shaking violently and it sounded sooo bad.. I turned back around to tell the manager. He insist ALL these major issues "must have happened the moment you pulled in" WHAT?!?!?!? Basically I paid them 500 to do so much more damage to my car. That 500 was my last. now I'm without a vehicle because I trusted these lying, worthless men to fix my car... Also, mark quoted me 2100 for the "new" repairs I took it to another near by local shop and they quoted me 900 for the same exact repairs.. save yourself the money and headache. DONT GO HERE
Customer service ok, they are friendly and though. Prices are ridiculously high, both parts and labor! I know I got ripped off after checking out the maximum price on parts and labor for a brake booster replacement. Even with my AAA discount, I over paid. The only reason I had them fix it is because I paid $100 diagnostic and didn't want to let $100 go down the drain! Even with Marcus saying the $100 goes towards the service and getting free windshield wipers because Jimmy failed to tell me I needed them, I still over paid! They gouge the prices at least for me probably because I'm a single woman? They do good work but I can't afford the champagne and cavier at this five star auto store, I'm a beer and peanuts kind of lady, so after all is said and done, I hope I don't have to go back because the $ 1103.00, and $105 labor an hour( almost $1500 total bill) is warranted for two years, and I plan on finding a more reasonable honest mechanic else where, and I was a customer for almost 15 years!
