For at least the past year, this Little Caesars Pizza has been really off the mark. It used to be a great place to get a great personalized pizza. Not so anymore to the point that I'm finally writing this review. Tonight we ordered 3 toppings with Extra Cheese and with Extra Sauce both out to the edge of the pan. Result: nearly no cheese, no sauce--really--???. Our pizza was so dry that the few toppings they saw fit to put on the pizza completely fell off the pizza when each piece was picked out of the box. Worst pizza ever. We called back for over an hour and no one answered the phone! Horrible pizza/horrible customer service. We've nicely told them before that the quality of their pizzas are not at all what they used to be but they don't seem to care--its simply continued to spiral downward--I think they found rock-bottom. We'll go elsewhere from now on.At the same time I left this review, I also contacted the Corporate Office for Little Caesar's. The corporate office then notified the owner of this location of Little Caesar's to let him know how unhappy I was--unbeknownst to me.The following morning I took the initiative to call the Little Caesar's to try to speak with the owner or the manager--the owner was in and came to the phone. He was already aware, through corporate, that I had had a truly unfavorable experience the night before which wouldn't have been so bad except that I was really ill and needed to feed the family which didn't happen with the pizza. While on the phone, the owner explained problems with the phone and that they were also revamping the location. He apologized and offered a free pizza and if I wanted, I could supervise the making of the pizza. My answer was to accept the free pizza but that making a pizza shouldn't be rocket science for which he agreed.Ultimately, I do think this owner does care that the pizzas that are going out the door are of good quality and is backed up by the corporate office.I will give our local Little Caesar's another try and hope after all this time that they quality of the food and of the people that are making it are raised to the level that we here in our town have been used to over the years. Long Live Little Caesar's! Update after we receive our free pizza or as necessary.
