Dr. William Merkel, MD

Dr. Merkel performed lipo on me. I felt he had poor bedside maners, and he made me feel ugly. No doctor with any credibility should make a patient feel ugly, ever. I did not heal evenly. When he did the six week check-up he agreed. He said he would fix it, at a price. Now, I had already paid him an outrageous price for the procedure. Why should I pay him again? I am still running around today uneven. I have been told by others and have heard in beauty salon talk about different doctors. Merkel apparently has done some bad things, worse than mine. When the patient came back on him, or threatened law suit, he threatened back. I feel he is arrogant and highly overrated. Go to someone else.
