First Nail

They are experts at what they do and I appreciate their outstanding customer service. I always feel beautiful after I leave.

I was first excited about trying somewhere new but i was very disappointed. I didn't wait long but when I sat down the guy hardly cleaned off the area which was gross I had to tell him to clean it basically. He couldn't understand what I wanted only the woman could understand he cut my finger and put some atiseptic on it but just squeezed it out into my finger did not use a cotton ba which is a big sanitary issue. I wanted a nail design for my baby shower so something the woman had to come over to do that because he didn't understand and was rude. But she told me she only knew how to do one kind of design that was it. So I guess if you are looking for what you want do not go to this place I was trying to be nice ended up paying 50+ because I tip and didn't want to be rude but then within 3 days my nails started to look like I had them for weeks one of my nails broke within 7 days. The cleanliness worries me alot you shouldn't be sitting in someone else's nail dust. Will not recommend.

Absolutely horrible, went in for a repair and fill,lady used a nail that was twice the size that was needed,left huge bubbles in the powder, burned my nail leaving a big red burn in my actual nail, cut my fingers up with the file, when I brought all of this to the managers attention she says I just have to deal with it all, while I was talking to her the guy that works there was standing in one kg the doorways picking his nose, a lady walked in and he flicked his nastiness on the floor and went right to doing this lady's pedicure, didn't even take the time to wash his hands mind you.... I have never had this kind of service at a nail salon. Trust me I will be staying away from there from now on!

For 3 years. I looked them up online for the 1st time to see when they open up and saw all these negative reviews.

I called in and booked a time slot for me and my friends. There were not enough staff to care for us so we had to wait hours. They quoted me a great price before we went I. And only after we had all gotten pedicures did they then hike up the price! All the time we were being served they spoke to us in English pleasantly and wirh ease. When I explained that I was told a different price SUDDENLY they couldn't understand what I was saying. The person who quoted me the price was the owner and manager of the salon. She left right as we were getting up. When I asked to talk to her she started YELLING at me over the phone. She wouldn't even talk to me in person. I will never go back. I had to pay for my and my friends pedicures because they didn't know it was going to be so much. I'm just so angry. Avoid this place it's awful

Had a great pedicure. I've never been disappointed with full sets or pedis.

Rude people especially the male treated with disrespect and had to wait in the middle of my pedicure while the lady ate and talked on the phone

Their service is horrible! $40 for a set of nails that fell off the first time they got wet and they refused to fix them!
