What a miserable company Greyhound is! My 21 year old functioning Autistic son has been in the Denver Station for over 48 hours! NO ONE will answer the phone there or help him! He purchased a PRIORITY ticket on line on August 1, 2013 and it is now august 4th! He has been refused entry onto 3 buses saying Las Vegas customers had priority! I called Customer Service and I was told that they could do nothing about it, that it was only a 'call center'. So, I try to phone the Grand Junction terminal and was told "So, what do you want us to do?", when I asked to speak to a Supervisor I was hung up on and told to "Go to hell!"...UNACCEPTABLE, NEVER AGAIN GREYHOUND! You have incompetent employees with absolutely NO EMPATHY! I did not even receive an apology! BEWARE! If you go to the Denver Greyhound reviews you will see a 1 star, READ the comments! All the same!!! I have been trying to help him since he arrived in Denver, no one ever answered the phone and the employee there behind the counter refused to have my son hand her his cell so I could advise them as to his disability! Totally unacceptable! No one I know will EVER travel Greyhound again! His ticket should be refunded!
