What can I say about Wes? He really tries to help you out he has used stuff, he just really goes out of his way to try to help you figure something out if you're reasonable. I understand he's got to eat too nothing is free but if anybody's trepidating about buying used medical equipment or anything, I would have no hesitation working any type of deal out with this gentleman.

This business is the worst company I have ever had to deal with on anything in my 40 years on this Earth! I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and went to the Grand Jct facility to get my CPAP machine. I am on disability and at the time had already met my deductible for the year so the head guy there Rush said we would owe about 170.00 dollars. My wife made many efforts to go in and pay what I owed especially when I never got any of the supplies I was supposed to get regularly! The clueless secretary would just tell us they were still working on sending it through my insurance. Today I find out that I had been sent to collections for over 700.00 dollars in which I never received a notice or a bill! My wife called the main office in Montrose and everything they told us went against everything we had been told by Rush. Rush is a straight up liar who was only looking for business! I hope anyone considering using these guys truly knows what they will be getting theirselves into and the lies that come with it! What a disgrace to the Hartman Brothers company that you would hire a worthless liar to run your Grand Jct office! I hope nobody else gets taken advantage of. I worry if they will do this to a 40 year old man what are they capable of doing to our senior citizens! I wouldn't be surprised if they are working over the insurance companies. Just amazed that after all the times my wife made an attempt to pay what they said we originally owed the 170.00 dollars how they can send me to collections for over 700.00 dollars without sending us a bill or notice they were sending me to collections! I just hope everyone gets a chance to read this before using this company! I would hate for anyone to go through what I have been through and continue to go through!

Jeremiah, I apologize for any issues you've previously had. While I am sure it has been frustrating to be questioned that is not in our training or any of my managements training to guilt you into not returning items. I do encourage staff to determine if there was an issue regarding your item so we can fix it. Our training also does not include pushing customers until they buy products. My employees are all in training to ensure the best experience for everyone. I have never heard of this situation or any of the others for that matter. The quickest and easiest way to come to a solution in any store is always to ask for the store manager. I would be happy to talk to you.
I actually hate going into this store even though I like some of the products. I believe in local shopping to keep business in the valley lucrative, but they don't allow normal people that just want to shop and be treated with respect do this. The employees are overbearing, loud and won't leave you alone even though you tell them you don't need help. I thought at first it was one or two certain employees but I've actually heard a "Manager" train the employees to push customers right when they walk in the door and to push them the duration they are in the store to get sales. In my mind this actually does the opposite and causes potential customers to avoid the store altogether as I have. In casual conversation about this store I can recall at least 15-20 people in our city that feel the same about these issues. Another issue is with returns. I have made about 3-4 returns (with receipt) over a course of 2.5 years and every time I have been either questioned rudely or treated rudely. I have had an employee actually complain to me when I made a return on an item that did not fit as expected, they were out of stock on the correct size (which is another huge issue, inventory of items in regular sizes other than S,XL or XXL). This employee said that her sales were less than what she paid out in returns that day and pretty much asked me not to return the item. She acted like I was doing something wrong by making the return and was very nasty to me. I also tried a hair styling product from Uppercut Deluxe which I had researched online reviews to do my best in selection of. I used the recommended amount for one application and found it did not do for me even close to what the manufacturer claimed for hold and styling pliability. I attempted to return the unused portion and I received an uneasy grunt from the employee. She walked up front and said she needed to speak to the manager. She returned to tell me that Zumies cannot take back the product if any portion of it is used. This "Manager" did not come to talk to me about this, was not concerned with what was wrong with the product or why it did not work, not even an explanation of why they cannot take it back or an apology. (What happened to Satisfaction guaranteed?!?). I left the product in the store and walked out. I will never return to this store or any Zumies. I will continue to speak negatively about this store in particular and Zumies company for that matter for allowing this behavior.
I went in with the understanding I could get medical help. He could not provide the service I made an appointment for. Then he tried to sell me a diffrent product and became rude when I declined. I have never encountered someone in customer service like this. I am sorry to post something bad, but I dont want anyone else to go through this.
