        I read one review that thought they were rude. I usually go to buy reloading supplies and 22 ammo when they have it. I have always found them friendly and helpful. I have no problem at all going into the store to shop or just look around.

        These people are incredibly rude and think they are better than everyone else. I don't know how they even stay in business.

        The worst customer relations I have ever encountered in any business ever! I just wanted a very short temporary loan and the jewelry woman (owner?) laughed when I said that. She does not know me and I am perfectly able to pay in full to retrieve my items! BUT that is not the issue! NO ONE, rich or poor, educated or not, should be laughed at or talked down to,or have to put up with someone that only has snotty words coming out of her mounth! I would rather pay double than to ever speak to her again! The other pawn shops in town will treat you with respect! I will never step foot in that place again!
