Was interested in joining a gym. Stopped in 8/26 about 2pm to tour the facility. No one was at the front counter. A few people were working out. The phone kept ringing with multiple unanswered phone calls while I waited for someone to come back to the counter. After 10 minutes we were joined by someone else who stood up there also waiting for someone to help. After 15 minutes of waiting with still no assistance, we left. I am surprised a business with such poor service can afford to stay in business. It isn't like they are the only gym in town. I will get my membership somewhere else. They couldn't even be bothered to answer their phone. I think they better hire more people so that someone can stay at the front counter in case someone actually wants to use the membership after they pay for it.
