Sales department is deceptive and sneaky. Do not do business with them. Lost two full days of work and about $2500 in parts fixing a vehicle that broke down immediately after leaving the lot. Salesman promised to fix the problem and "deliver the vehicle to my door step 400 miles away" They refused to deliver after my bank sent them the check for the full amount. Did not know until later that the service department had told the sales that they still need to do some diagnostics to make sure everything was in working order and the sales refused. Salesman told me everything was fixed and go ahead and make the 400 mile trip back out to pick it up. If they would have let the service do the simple fuel supply check I would not have had all the issues on the drive home, and would not be writing this review. Truck was not fixed and almost had to abandoned it 2 different times on the long drive home.
2010 dodge crew cab 2500 hd On its third transmission has 85,000, automatic. Takes them two entire weeks including half days on Saturday to fix.
I have bought multiple cars from Roy's Grand and the entire staff is top notch. The service after the sale is just as good as the sale process itself. I will be buying all of my cars from Roy's grand and would recommend anyone else to do the same.
