Every time there is a new owner company things change for the worse. Water used to be free (included in lot rent) we are now being charged for water and sewer. Park manager is difficult to get in touch with seems he's rarely in the office when you want to discuss something with him. Many of the community rules and regulations are not enforced; especially concerning resident upkeep of residence and property. There are some resident owned lots,but vast majority of the lots are rentals. The range in lot rents is wild: in the range of $200 to $350 or more difference depending on location. Of course "water front/water view lots are more expensive. Positives: recently remodeled and upgraded community center and clubhouse, marina with available covered boat slips (rentals), 9 hole par three golf course, variety of scheduled activities and clubs.
