A male employee with no nametag and shaggy dark blonde hair took my order. I ordered a carryout 5 topping special with thin crust pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, banana peppers, and green olives with an 8-piece order of traditional hot wings. I had to repeat my toppings 3 times because he wasn’t paying attention. I paid for my order and waited. Surprise, it was wrong. I informed the lady working there that my order was wrong when the employee that took my order told me that it was what I had ordered without even looking at it. I told him that it was not what I had ordered and I had to repeat my order 3 times because he wasn’t paying attention. The lady stated that they could remake it for me I told her that would be fine. The other employee tried to start arguing with me. At that point, I asked for the store manager, he stated he was the store manager. I find this very hard to believe as not only was incompetent, he had absolutely no customer service skills. I asked for his supervisor’s phone number and his name. He refused to give me his name or his supervisor’s phone number. So, I told him that instead of remaking the pizza I want my money back and I will go somewhere that respects their customers. He stated that he could remake my pizza. I told him that the time for that is long past and that I want a full refund or I will refuse the charges on my credit card. He gave me my $18 dollars back, then threw my 17 cents at me. I told him where he could go and what he could do when he got there. He yelled an unintelligible comment at me as I was walking out the door. I paused as I was considering shutting his mouth for him. I decided I would instead inform the national headquarters, write a review on every internet restaurant review site detailing the atrocious customer service that this Dominos location obviously condones, and Domino’s will never see another dime of my money until this individual is unemployed.

Pizza arrived looking nasty. No care was taken in delivery. Cheese and toppings slide all over. Won't order again
