The store seems to be absolutely pointless they cannot help you with any issues with your phone or with your service or make any changes to your bill at least that's what they portrayed very strongly. At first I was very excited to switch from AT&T to Sprint I should have done a little more investigating Sprint's service and coverage is absolutely terrible. I purchased an $800 Motorola Z2 Force phone bought some upgrades and mods and it has been nothing but a complete nightmare trying to have service these people do not have any of their stuff together and it's not just because of my phone. Sprint and Motorola are a terrible combination no one should ever do business with these people at any store at any time for any reason. They are very irresponsible and just want to point the finger at everybody else and keep sending you in a insane circle of phone calls and Bs. Stay far far away from Sprint I swear on it I am being very truthful. Going back to AT&T as soon as I can but I'm going to have to pay Sprint a whole bunch of money to do it because they are in complete lack of understanding. If they would have just maybe worked with me and I'm getting out of the contract a little more nicely without as much money and Bs the review would have been a little nicer but when you want to leave that's when they really get silly. Stay far away from Sprint and Motorola.
They are friendly at this store but were not willing to take responsibility for mistakes. I went in to upgrade my phone on a Thursday evening. I was dealing with Wes who is new. I decided on an Iphone 7+ however there weren't any left in the store so they offered to grab me one from another local store and I could pick it up the next day. Cool! Because I have two lines, Wes was swapping the upgrade from my second line to the main line. He was clearly having a lot of trouble and asking a lot of questions but the manager, Crystal, was just kind of glancing at him and not overseeing the process; note that I was the only customer in the store at this point. I left and soon realized that Wes had actually swapped me and my second lines altogether. All of my texts were going to my second line and vice versa; neither phone could make any phone calls at all. I get the issue fixed with Sprint 800 number and when I call the store the next morning to tell what happened all I get is "Oh....well....Wes is new and he should've told you." So I go back to get my new phone and was immediately told by a different rep that the swap wouldn't work unless I paid off a different phone. The same manager,Crystal, was there and she didn't apologize for my inconvenience of having phones turned off or the miscommunication of a new employee. I left the store and called her to explain how disappointed I was in the way that things were handled and she gave a real apology but I was not offered anything for all the inconvenience. Won't go back to this store unless management and training issues are addressed. To be a manager means to be a leader and to oversee.
