TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!



I waited 45 minutes for the owner Lee to do my nails. I've been a faithful customer for 5 years. Today, it was freezing so I asked Lee how much longer was he going to be with current customer, because, I wanted to walk next door to Big Boy to get a cup of coffee. He says, 20 min. I state, ok, I'm going next door to get a cup of coffee and will be right back. He says, if you leave, someone will come in and take your place. Surely he's joking I'm thinking and I go next door and come right back, max time 3 minutes. When I get back another customer who I passed on my way out is sitting there waiting and he is still with the other customer. I sit back down and wait 10 minutes. When he finishes with present customer, he takes the customer that walked in when I went to get coffee, who was sitting there waiting with me when I got back. I asked him are you seriously going to take this customer before me when I've been sitting here waiting for you for 45 minutes! His response was "I warned you". Are you kidding me??? Then he had the nerve to say he was trying to be fair! I cannot tell you how many times that I had to wait 3 minutes for him AFTER I sat down to get my nails done, but had to wait because he had to take a smoking break!!! Then he comes back in smelling of smoke, when I don't smoke, but he says to me he wants to be fair. No he wants to be rude, disrespectful, and it is no wonder why he cannot keep any other nail techs in there but his wife!



I went across the street to Pro Nails and I was so glad I did because they actually did a much better job!

I cannot begin to describe how much I regret going here. One employee (owner?) Lee was the rudest person I have ever met. Completely ruined my day out with my mom and aunt by telling my aunt her thick toenails weren't normal and she needed to see a doc, despite her having a pedicure done by the female employees there several times. All he had done was put the tablet in for her to soak her feet. I suggested maybe she shouldn't get a pedicure because he said he couldn't cut them. He **screamed** at me that he had already started to do the work and that I was responsible for doing research into what a pedicure entailed. WTF?! Then, during the manicure, he tells us that he will charge $5 for polish removal because we aren't doing a gel again. When asked why, again gets belligerent, saying he could charge us ten if he wanted, that my aunt, who was about in tears at this point, was arguing with him, and that he needed to protect his business. Everyone in the place was horrified by his stomping and slamming things around as well as yelling at us. Please avoid this verbally abusive place. I really don't want that to happen to other people.

This was the rudest Salon, I ever been to say the least, they began with lieing about the prices, one said $30.00, the other worker says $40.00 ( toe polish, n fill in), so I decide just for the toe polish, the lady let the orange run under neath my big toe nail so I asked her was she going to remove that, another who claims to be the owner says "NO", mind u she's cleaning, so I'm getting pink & white, so I asked my lady to take an orange wood stick with cotton n go underneath my toe nail cause your going to see it, (she caused it by letting the acetone run from the cotton ball) so the owner went to speaking there language, so the lady doing my feet is just sitting like she wasn't going to do it, so I politely asked her again, n the owner says something smart, I asked her would she let this lady work n stay out of r conversation, she tells me to "shut up" I respond n tell her to be quiet how rude n disrespectful, so she tells me I'm the owner n to get out!!! LOL I politely get up n leave without, my feet being finished !!!! I would never recommend this salon ever in this lifetime.......
