The Auto Service person was a nightmare, Ken Weber. He charged us more than the coupon says it should. He did not schedule an appointment when the part came in. Did not fill out the paperwork for our reimbursement from Kia till 10 days later, he did this on purpose. Never answered a phone call from me or my husband. He lied to his boss and said he had a bad number from us. Not only do they have call ID on their business phones, there,but every time we called we left the current number. Staff treated me with kindness even though I probably was not the easiest of customers to deal with. We worked out a deal and I took my new Ford Escape home happy and satisfied with my deal.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The MANAGER made a deal with my boyfriend and I, AND we put a deposit down on a Wednesday. We told him we were unable to pick up the truck until Saturday, which he said was perfectly fine. Friday, they proceed to call us, letting us know someone else is interested in the truck and willing to pay more and if we didn't get to the dealership before the other interested person, well, basically too bad, it'll be sold. We drove 45 minutes to get the truck, and the manager still did not care. HE SOLD THE TRUCK RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER US! This dealership does not care one bit about customer satisfaction, only about making a quick dollar. I will be SURE to let ANYONE AND EVERYONE I know looking for a new or used car to NEVER, EVER, EVER go to any of the Lasco locations, as you'll just get screwed over anyways. I wouldn't want to give any business whatsoever to such a despicable place. Beware!
The service dept at Honda of GB is absolutely tops! Chad is the most skilled and patient service advisor I've ever encountered in 40 years of owning cars. The sales folks are also honest and work hard for the sale. I'd strongly recommned this dealership to everyone.

I have been extremely satisfied with Honda of Grand Blanc. I bought two Honda Civic Sedans last Christmas and the salesperson, Kyle Frisching, did an outstanding job with the purchase process (meaning keeping it simple and as painless as possible). In addition, he went above and beyond when he found out that these were surprise gifts for my two daughters. He arranged for the cars to arrive late Christmas eve (meaning he had two of his team members drive them to my house and drop them off) and placed a beautiful Xmas bow on the hood of each car! This year, I needed to get 4 snow tires on each car. I contacted Jake Bair in the service department. Again, a very convenient and painless process on the part of Honda of Grand Blanc. Jake arranged for each car to be picked up, serviced and returned to me without any hassle for me at all! They even kept all 4 original tires so that I wouldn't have to deal with storing them! All I have to do is call in the Spring and they will come pick up the cars and reverse the process. Very, very convenient and much appreciated. Nice job guys!
I went to lasco cause just to see what they had. They were having a liquidation sale. I figured I could get a pretty good deal. Not the case. They don't tell you the price off the vehicle and they pick the car for you. Salesman were very pushy. I guess they don't understand no or the concept of life and the cost of everything that comes with life and kids. Terrible will never go near that place. I didn't get sucked into their bad deal. Hopefully you don't either.

It started by vehicle not starting about 50% of the time. Took it to the dealership and after ordering the wrong parts and waiting for more than a week the repair work was done on that issue. Another problem happened immediately thereafter which was the speed on the speedometer was off up or down by many miles. Took the car in and after a full day of waiting they informed me that this was a typical problem w. BMWs. Took the vehicle for other warranty work and after a long day of waiting they come back stating the car is repaired but come to find out they did not do a thing and all of the issues were not even looked at.. This is truly that last time I am buying a car from this dealership.....
