I love Kim & her staff...have been going there since they opened up. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They all remember the way I like my nails done as well as pedicure preferences. Highly recommended!!
I been sitting here for over an hour waiting get my nails done and this lady comes in and they take her
my daughter and I had a horrible experience!!!! I waited, with my feet in tepid water for an HOUR while the only two employees there worked on other clients, I think we should've been told when we got there the wait time would be long. They never gave any indication we would have to wait since they seated me at a pedi station. Then, I was worked on by one employee who hands me off to the other in the middle of my service. I felt like the entire service was a rush job and it definitely shows! My daughter got the basic manicure and it looks like an amateur did it...her service was rushed also. We used to get excellent service there last year...must have changed hands or lost the good employees. Won't return as I feel we should've gotten at least a partial discount!!
Went to Kim's Blue Nails today . It was a wonderful experience! This is a new location and the salon itself was beautiful. I received a warm greeting the minute I walked in the door. I wanted just a basic pedicure. Diana was my technician. She was friendly (cute as a button) and gave me the best pedi I have had in months!
Clean, efficient, pleasant and anxious to please. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The demand has naturally been high, so they are still adding new, very talented nail techs, so an appt is best, but they try very hard to accommodate everyone. Last week they unexpectedly had one girl out sick, another had an unexpected death of her mother in another country, and a third had made special arrangements to attend her child's graduation, but the remaining girls stir managed to take care of all their regular customers and try to set up appointments for walk ins. These are great people and I know the it business will flourish.
I would give zero stars if I could. Consistent problem with staffing, went in to have nails done when open, told me they could not take me, two techs woking and two customers waiting, apparently could not take walk-ins when they say they do. Need to work on business plan,if you cannot serve customers, I don't know how they will manage to stay in business.
Expertise Nail Techs. Lily is an artist at designs on your nails. All new equipment and very clean salon. Very friendly service and reasonably priced.
Best place around for manicures and pedicures! I have been going to Kim for over 2 years and now she opened her own place. Kim strives for perfection and it shows. She also does great designs!! I highly recommend Blue Nails. Everyone is friendly and courteous!
Kim has been my nail tech for four years. I am so happy for her to open her own business. I especially like the new machine you have that absorbs all chemical ordors. The salon smells so fresh. She is a delightful person and does a fantastic job on pedi's and my gel nails as well.
I can't even give this nail salon one star! I usually get my nails done in Grapevine so I was reluctant when I went here. I went in for a gel nail manicure and DID NOT get a manicure. Got my nails filed with a nail file rough as sandpaper, buffed and polished. No cuticle treatment!!! The polish job was AWFUL!!! I was out in 25 minutes when the same treatment at my usual salon is an hour!! RIP OFF!! Stay away!!!
