Do not use Lisa Warren. She does not even deserve 1 star. She does not follow through I was left without a place to stay.
Arrogant. Snippy. Unwilling to help customers. The Pecan VP monitors all customers accounts and treats those customers with more money with extra special treatment (she actively looks at your assets, questionable ethics) I'm very disappointed with my entire experience with all local branches. While closing our checking accounts, the Customer service representative at 377 was belligerent and incompetent. Small town customer service is ridden with such belligerent representatives. So disappointed with my entire experience of 7 + years. BTW, employees are treated according to their ability to ignore serious ethical issues and questionable business tactics. Not saying that nepotism rules but customers beware!!

DO NOT BANK HERE. My first impression of the Interbank location in Granbury was positive. The second trip into this bank I was treated with hostile disrespect by Sarah. I continued to bank with them for the convenience factor. Seems that the hostility and disrespect for customers is spreading. I closed he account due to a second person, Tammy, being unwilling to give me the respect a customer deserved. It was a test. Although I only made small deposits and kept the account nearly empty, they just lost a very lucrative customer. Thank you ladies at the Granbury branch. I will now place the largest part of my assets with Wells Fargo. They treated me with dignity and respect while I tried them out on a very small monetary basis as well.
