I didn't receive everything I ordered. no packing slip and a box full of packing peanuts.
18 for shipping.
I had one person telling me that part will be delivered. today i talked to someone and they don't know where the part is and they don't know why it wasn't in the box.
We as customer are buying car parts for a reason. We all have lives and don't have time to play games. I'm really disappointed.

Very organized yard and outstanding customer service from Zane and Co. He goes out of his way to make sure you find the parts you're looking for. He took care of my needs in auto parts. Thanks again!

While visiting with family, 1000 mi from my own home, in Logan, Utah I lost the headliner clip which held driver-side

visor and the Home LinkSystem. Thinking about finding a

Chrysler dealer to track this part down was giving me a headache. Thinking about following through with my long shot of trying to find this inconspicuous part, I became totally convinced that I would be given negligible priority, and even risked being tossed out for wasting valuable time of this successful business : )).

Wow- was I ever wrong? A young man who calls himself Chris Freeman, waited on me. From the moment we met, he spoke very clearly, and, maintained solid eye-contact with me. His infectious smile put me totally at ease. If he had NOT been able help me with my specific search, I would have still reported that my life had been "lifted" BECAUSE of Chris Freeman.

But, Chris WAS succussful! What a GREAT day!

I Order a part and they were 3 days late they had me wait 1 week just to not get my part at the end of it

I received excellent service over phone.

Ironically the first three bulletin points of the "Mission Statement" they have hanging on their wall is all about taking care of their customers. Unfortunately, they forgot to finish those bulletin points up with the letters "F.U.". Purchased an used engine from this company last December. Engine failed in September. Spent over 3k in parts and labour. Went to see the general manager Rob. Zero consideration to help me out on a replacement. Tried to sell me another dead horse at a small discount. Will never go back there!

I wanted to say thank you to sales person who did a great job of taking car of me and my car when everyone else said no. thanks again yura for the help finding my engine. They said they would test it and they did !!! it runs great !! thanks again

My girlfriend and I visit this place on a regular basis. They two main guys that work there know us by name and are always helpful. They give us very fair prices and always treat us with respect. We have rebuild 3 cars using these guys and will build many more

Im not sure how they do it, but they do a fantastic job of keepig track of all of that inventory. This place is has an endless amount of car parts because they have 5 other locations, so its my first and last place I call. The pricing is fair, and if something is wrong they quickly take care of it. Freindly staff, good parts, saves me money, A++++
