Poor condition vehicles, and rude drivers. Lack of timely service. Owner has threatened anyone who works as Uber on doing so.

To be honest, waking is quicker than they are. I repeatedly said Subway on the phone and they send the taxi somewhere else. I called back and I cancelled the taxi and they said I never came out and when I said I was at Subway again. The woman on the phone called me a liar saying I didn't say I was at Subway. The drivers could care less about their job and often break company policy by smoking in the vehicles. It is better to walk or get a friend on family member to take you, they have a higher chance of showing up. I will NEVER use their service again.
