5 weeks for appliance delivery, though promised in one. Mgr of Appliances very helpful, sales person deceptive. Customer Service terrible. Couldn't find order, phone #, address. On phone being transferred from one person to another, disconnected calls, no clue what they were doing. Product arrived with defects, missing parts. Never again.

One star is giving the Grafton wi store too much credit. Their customer service sucks!!!

Living in Grafton I wanted to keep my business local and after shopping, I decided to buy from Home Depot. I bought a washer/dryer and had it delivered and installed. One week later a problem came-up and Bruce(the store manager) stepped up and took care of the problem. Not once did he say no he wasn't, but instead he said, "How can I make this right for you?". I have since bought more items from here, but ended up paying more for one item, because I knew I had the backing of the store, (which means more to me than a few more dollars). I am now finishing up on a $3,000.00 purchase and couldn't be more happy. I would and do recommend Home Depot to all my friends and business contacts, with the knowledge they will do the job and stand behind it all the way!!!!!!

Big selection, employees helpful, not too many sales though.

This home depot has a good selection of tools, but its selectwoods selection is not the best,and their fastener section is limited.
