From $10,000+ to +$50,000 in 2 months. I did a success, open doors and open roads work with m Botanical. Ever since i did that within 2 MONTHS!!, I went from grossing $10,000 plus to grossing $50,000 plus. And m botanical stated I am going to even make more!! M botanical work is real and powerful. What m botanical says will happen, with their help it will happen!! For over two years I had a significant decline income. I was rarely picking up work. I was picking up work that no one wanted with people who no one wanted to work for. I was picking up work from people who were unfair classist racist and degrading to others and treated others bad. I was picking up work from people who were mean and put down others and treated people like they were inferior. I was picking up work from people who had no morals or godliness in them. I hated working for those people because they were mean and cheap. Those people told lies on other people. They stole some of my pay. They complained a lot and tried to put blame on me. When I took their work they would not pay me all of my pay sometimes. They would also tell me that they changed their minds and they did not have any work for me when I drove over 25 miles to work. Some would get upset if I did not take their $35 work and drive 25 miles for it. They were crazy and ridiculous. They are slave drivers. They were cheaters. Let me tell you how i ended up w/m.b. One day I passed by m botanicals shop and decided to go in and get candles and other items that could help me. I may even have made a u-turn that day...that’s how my spirit drove me. I later did a reading with m botanical and was informed that success was in my path but was blocked. M botanicals cleared up and unblocked my path by giving me great powerful spiritual ordained baths, etc. Within 2 months!!! Only 2 months!! Do you want me to repeat that again. Okay…so let me go on because I know you heard me. Within 2 months (could not resist from repeating) I started to make almost $5,000 a month. Would you like me to repeat this again? Okay I will go on. M botanical make me no longer work with the crappy people I was working with and gave me new much nicer customers. The new customers treated me so much better than the prior farts I dealt with. The new customers gave me great gifts and benefits. They pay for almost all of my expenses!! And they are very generous towards me. So not only do I make almost $5,000 per month but I also do not pay for almost all of my expenses. Isn’t that amazing! They got me a phone and a computer to name the least. Okay I also got the latest ipad and gps. They pay for my travel expenses. They pay for my meals. They pay for any supplies I need. Anyone reading this please try out m botanicals and stick to the program. I received several bonus checks and advanced checks. I am saving to buy a luxury car and other things. I may not even have to buy the car out of pocket because one of my clients may get it for me. Praise god almighty for pointing me in the direction of m botanicals. Because of m botanical’s help I got clients who make me travel to different places and states and pay for all of my expenses!! Imagine where I came from...two years of struggling. I came from selling myself short to receiving lots of money. I came from working for free to getting a lot of work. I came from doors almost closed to doors wide wide open…….lol…….doors knocked right off the hinges. I came from roads blocked to road cleared. Praise the lord again I say. M botanicals stated that my business will become so successful that I may get over 150,000k per year!!! And I cannot wait. No more dollar menus. Good bye to you. No more food stamps. Thanks you for helping me but I am independent now. No more handouts. I will do the handouts. M botanicals stated I will catch up on all my bills soon which I am speedily catching up on and I will have no debt. Embark on it with m botanicals and enjoy a good life.
I've been living in this community apartment for about 8 years now this place used to be a nice place to live until we got some new management team that was brought in Ms.Olga she is very rude very disrespectful yells and screams at you, she run this apartment complex as a prison you're not allowed to have guests when your guest enter the building she'll question them asking them what unit their going too.. for what apparent reason that she may not like your guest she will tell you they are not allowed to come back and if they guest is seen again by her You will receive a 7 day notice to vacate. I've been noticing that she's been kicking a lot of black people out and moving nothing but Cubans and whites in. When they do inspection of your unit that her way snooping around trying to find anything to kick you out for and also when you go to the office to report something that need to be fixed that is their other way of snooping around and her maintenance guys will go back and report what they see in your unit instead of fixing things which they do a half behind job.. when you go to the office to speak to (Olga) about you're concerned or how things are being ran they make it seems as if you're bothering them and that your the one that's being rude and disrespectful..they make it seems as if you're not supposed to question them or tell their wrong doings, they feels as if we should allow them to do whatever they please and not have nothing to say and once they get irritated of you keep addressing them about any situation they will send you a letter to your door saying that you got to vacate the premises within 7 days for being a destructive tenant.. the dynamic has changed a lot since I've been living here it used to be diverse but now all of a sudden it's just two sets of race that's been moving in only.. don't believe these positive reviews that you see 9 out of 10 it's probably writing it or people that don't know their nasty ways yet
Some Businesses are started because an Entrepreneur comes up with a great idea and then some businesses are started from necessity and just trying to make other people's lives easier. This business is of the later. Hi I am Mark Horton and a few years ago my father past from at the early age of 76. It was a stressful time not only was the man who I loved dearly now gone from this world, I was confronted with the task of cleaning out his estate. Over the next 4 months I would travel from Miami Florida to Baltimore, Maryland every other week working to get my father's home cleaned out. This would require multiple airfares, car rentals, eating out day and night; yes, the expenses were piling up. My back was sore and I didn't know what I was doing. It was emotionally draining wanting to hold on to almost everything. I had nowhere to keep this old stuff and all I would have been doing would be moving it from his house to collect dust at my house. Many, many thousand dollars later I had it done. But the house needed cleaning and fixing in order to sell. I needed a low cost way to get the house ready to be sold at top dollar. This required even more time. Fixing, Cleaning, Painting and bring the house to code. Finally, the house was ready, several more thousand dollars later, a lot of lost wages and a sore back. There must be a better way? A more cost effective way? An easy way that the surviving family members could afford and that would eliminate so much stress? Ultimately, a company that would allow consumers like you to get a great "Return On Investment" from ECS removing your trash, Junk, cleaning the home, repair minor things, professional painting, new flooring and assistance with finding a great Realtor.
Camden Aventura is the best place I have ever lived! The office staff is so friendly and the maintenance team is the best I have ever seen! We RARELY have issues, and they have always been there within minutes whenever we did. My husband and I could not think of a better place to call home. We both run a lot of races, and as a runner, one of the best perks is living right across from the Don Soffer Exercise trail! You can even take the dogs over there for walks. They just built some really cool new picnic tables right near our apartment, which is also a huge bonus. We love having dinner outside now. If you are looking for somewhere that is super safe - HELLO, the police department is right NEXT DOOR, and within walking distance to everything - INCLUDING THE BEACH - you belong at Camden Aventura!
My husband and I bought an apartment in the Brickel area. We needed to change and update the whole bathroom. We were looking for a special kind of marble called the 'Volakas spider'. We were so amazed to find SASA Stones a few blocks away from our apartment. The price for this marble was incredibly good (back in August 2014); we paid $9.38/sq.ft. (24x24). They also installed, re-disigned, and re-did all my bathroom in no time, and at a very reasonable price. The quality of the materials they used was amazing, and the finished work was very professional. I recommend any related services offered by this company. The show room has a lot to choose from, and for every budget. The customer service team is also very friendly, and knowledgeable of their products.

Horrible management. Hope your unit never needs repair. Had to wait almost a year before they decided to fix 2 bathroom walls that were so rotted with humidity that the tiles were falling and the sheet rock was collapsing. Black mold so bad even the repair people were disgusted. Yesenia and Barbara are extremely dishonest and unprofessional and should not treat residents paying any amount let alone 1600 a month to this treatment. Will litigate. To top it all off they allow one of the maintenance men who lives in the complex, is overweight and stutters to share drinks from a flask with another bald spotted maintenance man in broad daylight behind building # 8. Ridiculous.
This is by far the worst building that I have ever lived in. The property manager is by far one of the worsts, no communication skills what so ever. Everything is done poorly, they don't know how to even use their own cameras. There has been an extensive amount of robberies, and management does not even care. All of the units were done with no care, and everything is starting to malfunction. When someone is sent to fix it, they take forever, and even have the audacity to use the tenant's personal belongings to clean up after themselves. They rarely clean the hallways, and the cleaning lady is rarely seen. DO NOT MOVE INTO this building.
Found this place while house hunting with someone. I reached out to them with some questions and was promptly contacted by Christy, who answered everything thoroughly and set up a viewing. They were able to squeeze us in to see a unit on short notice. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and kind. The unit we saw was huge, and offered at a great price, especially in this location. Although we ended up renting elsewhere (not because of anything against Virginia Gardens) we were treated so nicely by the staff, especially Christy, that I felt compelled to leave Virginia Gardens a good review.
What a wonderful place to do business. They customer service is outstanding. The way Isaias and Nelson go out of there way for the customers is hard to find now and days. Nelson, co-wire reading are on point , and his cleansing are awesome ( understatement). If you should need something and they don't have it in stock. Just ask Isaias or Nelson they will get what you need quick fast and in a hurry. Just a wonderful business to have relationship with. The store is always clean. The staff is very respectful , and helpful. Keep up the good work guys.
While becoming a florist doesn't require any formal education, floral designers must know how to care for the plants they use and which ones work best for which season or event. Additionally, a skilled floral arranger must also be familiar with the cultural symbolism behind each flower. For instance, carnations symbolize beauty and pride while daisies represent innocence and purity.
If you plan to give someone a flowering plant as a gift, then a good florist can direct you to the right one. They may also help you choose flowers to convey platonic or romantic love.
Many floral designers provide a host of services to meet customer demand throughout the year.
Most florists, whether they work at a chain or independent flower shop, both online or in a brick-and-mortar store, offer pre-arrangements of flowers. This means the floral designer has a selection of roses, tulips and other popular kinds of blossoms designed in arrangement that customers can simply buy on the spot instead of telling the florist what kind of flower pattern they want.
Have you ever purchased a get-well basket featuring sunflowers or an array of springtime flowers for Mother's Day? If so, you most likely bought a pre-arrangement that the floral designer put together ahead of time.
Buying a pre-arranged bouquet is a great option if you don't know what blooms or plants to purchase but you need flowers for a particular occasion.
Pre-designed arrangements are not original, one-of-a-kind designs, but the upside to buying pre-arrangements is they already come with a fixed price attached. Customers may simply walk in and spend $50 on a Valentine's Day bouquet as opposed to paying the florist a commission for an original design that could fetch a much higher price.
Having both an eye for design as well as good people and customer service skills is a must for any florist. These professionals work with clients to find the best flowers and custom-designed arrangements appropriate for the event or occasion. A commission to create a table piece, wreath or other type of design is typically much more expensive than a pre-arrangement, as it may not be made up of plants the florist already has on hand.
There's always a demand for florists and their creations year-round as people celebrate and commemorate the special moments in their lives. Whether you're getting married or remembering a loved one that just passed, flower arrangements and wreaths are traditional items we all use to help mark the important dates, stages and occasions in our lives.
One type of event most floral designers work on is weddings. Professional florists will collaborate with the bride and groom to formulate a design scheme that complements the event's overall colors and layout. Depending on what the couple wants and can afford, a floral designer may create the bridal bouquet along with streams of flowers for the wedding venue, table arrangements and vases for the reception afterward.
The prices for hiring a florist to do a wedding vary broadly because it not only depends on how many blooming plants you want, but also how widely available the particular flowers are.
More exotic types of blossoms, such as orchids, are pricier than your typical rose. Your bill could also fluctuate depending on how complicated the design is to make and if the flowers you choose are in season or not.
Keeping that in mind, florists are like any other tradesperson - your bill will reflect the materials they used and the time and labor that went into making up the designs.
Some floral designers also charge delivery fees to transport the flowers, vases and other materials to wedding or reception sites. Remember, it's not only the bride that needs flowers. Bridesmaids and the mother of the bride might also carry corsages and the groom and groomsmen sometimes festoon their jackets with boutonnieres. Don't forget about the flower girl, as well.
In all, the average cost to outfit a wedding with flowers is about $700. Some florists advise people to set aside 10 to 15 percent of the ceremony's budget for floral decorations.
Funerals are another major life event we commemorate with flowers. Florists may furnish sympathy flowers for the observance and lay sprays or baskets of plants around the church, synagogue or funeral home to help attendees with the grieving process. Designers also make floral wreaths and crosses to set up at the venue or in the cemetery, as well as special casket arrangements so family and friends may show their respect for the deceased.
Many customers choose traditional roses, lilies and carnations to send to a bereaved family, but florists are also able to personalize arrangements to your liking.
Just like other ceremonies that call for flowers, the price depends on the number of blossoms and what type of plants you want, along with the complexity of the arrangement. A complete funeral floral package that includes sprays along the casket, flower decorations for the venue and flowers for the participants can run from $200 to $800.
Meanwhile, the usual sympathy bouquet or vase runs between $40 and $80.
You might think Valentine's Day would be the busiest day for a florist, but the day of love comes in second place behind Mother's Day. According to a number of studies, people do more online searches for flowers in anticipation of the May holiday than they do for Valentine's Day.
In fact, this day is inextricably linked with flowers, as Congress first issued a Mother's Day proclamation in 1913 asking all federal officials to wear a white carnation to commemorate their mothers.
Many children wish their mothers well on the day by sending a bouquet of carnations, roses, violets or tulips.
Coming in second place as the busiest holiday for florists is Valentine's Day. When Feb. 14 arrives, so do many people looking for arrangements to send to their loved ones. Just like Mother's Day, this holiday is very lucrative for floral designers. Americans typically spend tens of millions of dollars on their significant others every Feb. 14, and flowers, especially long-stemmed red roses, are a popular way to show someone you care.
Valentine's Day goes to show that a gift of fresh-cut flowers never goes out of style. However, it does go up in price - quite a lot, actually. The price of a bouquet of roses usually doubles on Feb. 14 before it goes back down the next business day. Expect to pay up to $100 for red roses from a flower shop on Valentine's Day. Therefore, if you're looking for a deal, it's smart to buy your bouquets a few days ahead of time and keep them in a vase with water so they stay fresh.
Thanksgiving, Christmas and Hanukkah
The holiday season is also one known for festive floral arrangements. Many families look to florists to come up with a Thanksgiving table set piece or a traditional cornucopia featuring plants with autumnal colors and gourds. Many churches and individuals also spring for flowering plants to help usher in Christmastime. Many florists sell living yuletide decorative plants such as ivy, holly, poinsettias, mistletoe and even miniature Christmas trees.
Many flower shops and floral arrangers also design centerpieces especially for the eight nights of Hanukkah. Online and brick-and-mortar florists offer blue and white flowers, usually arranged with candles in between the blossoms.
Easter and Passover
Religious holidays held in spring also keep flower shops busy as they design orders for families, churches and synagogues. Many shoppers are on the lookout for bunches of mixed flowers pre-arranged in bouquets or vases by florists. Lilies, as well as daffodils and tulips, are especially popular around these spring holidays.
Hindu and Buddhist Ceremonies
Flowers, especially the lotus, figure prominently in Hindu and Buddhist religious ceremonies, as well as in these two ancient religions' wedding customs. Many florists provide garlands of flowers to decorate and festoon the functions with.
Remember that it doesn't need to be a holiday to purchase flowers. Floral designers also make commissioned or pre-arranged flowers to take to sick relatives, friends and colleagues recovering at home or in the hospital. Many florists also make designs for newborn babies, too.
While the majority of their work is devoted to making eye-catching and pleasing creations with plants, florists can help you with much more than just finding the right flowers for your next event or party.
In fact, a good floral designer can be a fountain of knowledge. These experts can inform you of the best ways to take care of your plants or how to properly cut the stems of flowers to ensure they last longer in your vase.
The next time you're out buying an arrangement, ask your florist which type of vase to use with which flower and how much water and plant food you should use to prolong the life of your bouquet or potted plant. Even though retail florists don't usually grow the blooms or plants themselves, they do know the best ways to keep your arrangement looking fresh for longer.
Local flower shops or gardening stores used to be the only game in town when it came to selling real or fake floral arrangements until supermarkets and drugstore chains entered the business by offering inexpensive pre-arrangements for holidays and other occasions. However, the number of brick-and-mortar florists is further on the decline as more customers choose to purchase bouquets, wreaths and other greenery online.
Even though one exists in a virtual capacity while the other is located in a physical setting, there aren't too many differences between online and brick-and-mortar flower shops.
Many online stores offer pre-arrangements of flowers you can purchase, as well as the ability to form your own design and decoration.
Online flower shops, in fact, work with wholesale florists near your area to ensure they deliver your order promptly. Since cut flowers don't have a long shelf life, these Internet-based companies essentially take your request and contract it out to a florist in your locale to design it and drop it off at your home or office.
While purchasing flowers online is convenient - you can shop any time of the day without leaving your house - there are a few things the online stores cannot offer patrons. You can't smell the sweet fragrance of tulips or roses in cyberspace and you can't touch the petals or leaves before you buy the plant. Additionally, when you buy a bouquet over the Internet, you're basing your decision on a stock photo of the item instead of the actual one that will arrive at your doorstep.
Not all varieties of roses or violets look the same and an approximation of a flower isn't the same as the specific one you could end up receiving.
This is one advantage physical brick-and-mortar flower shops have over their online competitors. Making the trip to your local florist means you can actually get the chance to stop and smell the roses.
