Smartstyle located inside them is advertised to be open at 9am, but when I get there at 9:45am the stylist and so called "manager" said she was unavailable because she had "conference calls" and there were no other stylist coming in. She didn't give a crap that I took a cab to get there and when I tried to talk to the WalMart manager about issue, I was told "Marvin" the manager at WalMart would not be speaking with me and that my only option was to call the 800# for Smartstyle. Awful! People get paid to NOT have to do their job and shame on WalMart to find this acceptable and not thinking it was their reponsibility to hold businesses they are in relations with to a higher standard or to bother to even come talk with me. This is your manager??
