package was undeliverable due to missing apartment number. I called fed ex, they said call USPS. I call 8:30 on March 3rd, as soon as they opened and explained what happened. The women rudely asks, "Is that a question?" I said yes I talked to someone- she cut me off and said you must have talked to Brenda, she'll be back after lunch. I said no, I need to call here and then she proceeds to put me on hold for 10 mins. She comes back on the phone and asks for my info and then says it's in my apartment office. I said no it's not and she says it's undeliverable and they'll send it back to me if they find it. I asked what do u mean if they find it, she said well its been 2 days.... but we'll send it back. Days passed and nothing happens, I called someone else in North Charleston and they helped me schedule a reshipping with a case number but it was too late, it had already returned to sender. So now I have to pay shipping again, thanks for wasting my time goose Creek post office. I wish I could have hold the mail or gotten actual help without trying to blow me off in every possible way, but they costed me money over a simple error in the end instead
Gross incompetence rules here, if you need to do anything other than buy stamps you should abandon hope of satisfaction at the front door. Flee quickly while you still have your sanity. One star because zero stars isn't an option.
I will go to the UPS Store, Postal Pal or drive to Moncks Corner before I go in there again. Rude, rude, rude.
