After giving a description of ...

After giving a description of my problem a service tech was sent out. He was not given the description of my problem, he was not told of the work I had already had done, and was completely unable to assist in any way. It took me three days to get a report on my water condition, which was only to day a few hours. The pool was measured and it took three phone calls to find out how many gallons of water my pool held. POOR SERVICE, POOR RESPONSE - will not use them again.

Overall
Friendly Folks!

I bought my pool from the Central Ave. store and was very happy with the process. There was a short delay in getting it put up due to weather, but there's no reason to take it personally, the weather does what it does. The men who put it up were kind and professional. We've stayed loyal to the store since. that was 2 years ago. Recently on a phone call that took 10 minutes with the young girl trying to help me, she was as friendly and apologetic as is possible. It did not end in a sale, but it didn't matter, she was just as helpful at the end of the call as the beginning. There are times when you go in that you have to wait your turn. Since they sell primarily pools and spas they do not carry many sundry items. Some chemicals, miscellaneous needs, etc. The displays are nicely done and not in the way. There is no forcefulness in selling. Overall I have never had a disappointing experience the many times I've been in.

I have the absolute opposite opinion in regards to the Summerville store, as one phone call determined that I would never go there due to the rudeness of the woman who answered the phone.
