Harold Campbell - State Farm Insurance Agent

FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE, COMPASSIONATE...Insurance is a hard concept to grasp, and Harold and his team always take the time to explain every coverage and detail to me in a way that makes me understand it. Aside from that, they always make me feel like they truly appreciate my business. I have yet to have a claim, but I know someday it could and quite possibly will happen. But I have a friend who had a claim and Mr. Campbell came to their house as soon as he could to assess the damages himself and provide them with guidance and support throughout the process. Dealing with a local agent and a small business with a family feel is how I will always continue to handle my insurance, especially with Harold Campbell.

Terrible! Awful! While I never dealt with Mr. Campbell, I did deal with his office staff. The older front officer woman there tried to tell me that the documents I faxed over never arrived, regardless of the CONFIRMATION PAGE!!! As a result of this, my registration was CANCELED and she could care less, demanding that I was to wait on her to "look over the documents" for assistance. While that's a novel idea, the words were not going to change. MY REGISTRATION WAS CANCELED, AND I NEEDED TO PAY MONEY TO REINSTATE IT, her looking over things was not going to help.



I should have know it would be like this, when I first went into the office she never greeted me when I arrived and could care less about my presence, she didn't waste her time smiling at me. Frankly, I am quite certain she paid more attention to her iPhone than the State Farm phone line or lobby. Save yourself some time and hassle, go somewhere else for insurance, because that is where you will end up.
