I am writing a negative review of Girly Girls Boutique. I am very dissatisfied the customer service and the product I received. First I had asked April at GGB if she was sure I would receive the shirt for my daughter's 2nd bday. She ensured me that it was not an issue it would be ready. I went in the Monday before to see if the shirt was ready. I spoke to Amanda and she reassured me she would have it ready Tuesday morning and we discussed adding the blue to the design. Tuesday afternoon I get a call from Amanda stating the shirt would not be ready until Wednesday. I stated that I needed it completed Tuesday for my daughter's bday the next day. (I had continually stressed the importance of the deadline.) I picked the shirt up late Tuesday afternoon. I was unhappy that the T in Tatiyana's name was on the wheel of the carriage and looked crooked but did not say anything. It was too late to change it so I was like whatever, I did not want to nit pick. Then my child wore the skull outfit the following Saturday. I washed it on gentle with a couple of other smocked items I have on Tuesday and hung it to dry. The pink was faded horribly after one wash. I commented on GGB's fb page that night. I was asked to bring the outfit back so she could look at it. I did. I received a call from April today stating that she believed I washed it in hot water several times. I reiterated that it was washed on cold / gentile one time and hung to dry. She basically accused me of lying and was very rude and unprofessional. I stated that I would come get my item and not conduct business with them again. While picking up my item April was again rude and cutting me off while I was trying to discuss my issue with the garment. She continued to talk over me. I responded that she was being rude by not allowing me to speak, to which she replied that it was her shop. I left stating I learned my lesson and should have gone to Mt. Pleasant. I even stated several times that I was not looking for a refund because my child wore it one time. I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional she was and will never do business with them again. After writing a review on fb Amanda commented saying the outfit was not faded and it clearly is.
