We recently took our four cats (Chaos, Boots, Maxx & Sandy) to Goodlettsville Animal Hospital for the first time since we moved to the area. We did a lot of research and they had not only the most reviews but consistently high reviews. Also, the estimates they gave us were in the ballpark of some but lower than most. Based on all this, they became our obvious choice of where to go. This initial visit was for a checkup and everyone came out with high marks however Maxx did need to return for a dental treatment. He had to have a few teeth pulled but the staff was very accommodating in answering all questions we had. Dr. Gross called when the procedure was complete and was very patient in answering any questions I had as well as listening to my concerns. Maxx was sent home with a couple of meds we needed to give him in the days after his procedure and quickly became his old self. The staff followed up a few days later asking us how he was doing and wanting to know if we had any questions. A few days after this we got a letter and coupon thanking us for choosing them and inviting us to return in the future. These first visits assured us we had found a place we can confidently return in the future to get the best care.

GVAH is the only place I will take my cats for care. For over 20 years, I have trusted GVAH to take care of my babies, and they consistently provide excellent care and expertise. I drive an hour each way to take them to GVAH, and the drive is worth the peace of mind I get knowing that I have good people taking care of my babies. Do not go to this vet. At one time they had a very professional, very caring young lady vet but she left. Most awful experience I've ever had and most rude vet ever. Guess we looked very poor that day as he had no time for what was a very serious situation and gave us a price for MRI @$3500. Which we found we could get for $1000. when we took him to another vet, Just a horrid situation.

Paulette is the best groomer!!!! My little one is treated like a princess there. She actual likes to go, and is always beautiful when I pick her up.

They are amazing. Their hours are great. We had to take in our 14yo cat who had been in a fight. The staff treated us great. Unfortunately, we had to euthanize Tigger, but the staff helped make that decision easier. Their sympathy and empathy can’t be explained. I will use them again.
